The Pearl Analysis Eriana Valencia per.2 The Pearl by John Steinbeck is a story of a family their names are kino, juana, and coyotito. Until something happened to them in their life,everything changed after what they found. Kino’s life was chaotic after he found the”pearl of the world” but he learned a lesson at the end. Kino had peace in him in the beginning of the story he loved his family everything was peaceful in his life before the pearl.his mornings were very peaceful”kino heard the little splash of morning waves on the beach”. Kino will not accept the offer because kino thinks that the pearl is worth more than a thousand pesos, kino wants at least five hundred thousand pesos. With the money he wants to spend the money on getting married to juana buying nicer clothes and putting coyotito into a school so he can get educated.
