Both of these families have children of about the same age: Romeo and Juliet. Romeo is from the house of Montague, while Juliet is from the house of Capulet. The play explores the many character traits of Romeo and Juliet, some good and some bad. Ultimately, Romeo and Juliet's’ impatience and determination will eventually lead to their unfortunate and untimely death. The negative actions and character traits of Romeo and Juliet eventually cause many characters to die, including themselves.

So I die with a kiss.”(page 269) This shows that he really wants to be in Juliet's life in this world or the next.
The 13 year old Juliet Capulet is delightful and kind, however, she is also extremely childish and impatient when it comes to most things. She is desperate to talk to Romeo after meeting him at her family's party. This was a risky mistake since the Capulets and the Montagues are sworn enemies. They meet during a dance, and like Romeo, she falls head over heels for him and can’t wait to see him again. After the party, Romeo tiptoes to Juliet's room and spends the night talking to her. Promising to speak to her again, he leaves. Soon after their night together, Juliet sends out her nurse, who is her closest confidant, to converse with Romeo. When she returns, Juliet is quick to say, “I wish you had my bones, and I had your news. Come on now, I beg you, speak, good nurse, speak.” (page 127) This is just one of the many things she says to the nurse that shows her impatience and acting childish throughout the play. Juliet can be impulsive as well as poetic just like Romeo. They have many traits in common: like being a romantic, brave, and many others that is shown throughout the play. She is kind when she tries to be respectful to her parents. And when she finds out about her engagement to Paris She tells her parents, “I am not proud of what you have found for me. But I am thankful that you have found it. I can never be proud of what I hate. But I can be
In the play “Romeo & Juliet” shakespeare portrayed all aspects of love throughout different characters. Each character carries its own meaning of love which is what makes this play unique. Romeo,Nurse, and Tybalt all represent divergent love. The word Love can come in all sorts of ways which is why it is such a diverse word. Love is a powerful term that can be portrayed as deep affection, devotion, and even heartbreak.
Romeo and Juliet fall in love at a party, but they come from families which hate each other, they are sure they will not be allowed to marry. Nevertheless helped by Friar Laurence, they marry in secret instead. Unfortunately, before their wedding night Romeo kills Juliet's cousin in a duel, and in the morning he is forced to leave her, If he ever returns to the city, he will be put to death. Her parents do not know she is already married. She refuses in the beginning, but later agrees because she plans to fake her death and escape to be with Romeo forever. He gives Juliet a sleeping potion, she appears to be dead and was put in a tomb. However, Romeo does not know about the plan, visits her grave, thinks she is dead, and kills himself. When Juliet finally wakes up, she discovers that Romeo is dead and then kills herself.
Emotion is a wild card in life. It almost always influences people to make bad decisions in their life, and causes harm to not only the host, but to many other people around them. In the play Romeo and Juliet, the characters Romeo, Juliet, and Tybalt are all very emotional characters which conclusively lead to all of their deaths, as well as to the deaths of many other people around them. Because of these characters newly drawn emotion, they made decisions that would have been previously considered ludicrous and idiotic. Throughout the exceptional play of Romeo and Juliet, it is ultimately proven that emotion is the enemy when it comes to decision making.
In “The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet” the younger generation, Romeo, Juliet, and Paris, and the older generation, Nurse, Capulets, and Friar, both had similarities and differences which had caused the end. They had a similar opinion on things going on and different opinions ones others. In the tragedy, the main characters died which was influenced by the older generations because they have similar and different opinions which all led the younger ones to death.
I am heartbroken over the deaths of my master and friend, Romeo, Juliet, who brought Romeo great happiness, and county Paris, who I knew to be a very honorable man. I hope that this court session will bring justice for Romeo, Juliet, and Paris. To help bring this justice, I will truthfully tell you all that I know.

Juliet is not unlike the typical young women constantly struggling to find happiness and acceptance from those who are closest to her. Young Juliet must confront the harsh reality that exists between her and those who profess to be her friends and family, which is they failed to support her, love her, and lift her up with she needed it most. In the timeless book, “Romeo & Juliet” William Shakespeare writes a moving story about the betrayal, disappointment, love, and eventual death of Romeo and Juliet. No reader can truly appreciate and understand the level of Juliet’s struggles without first understanding the roles the Lord Capulet, Friar Lawrence and Romeo, their betrayal and their role in her faithful decision.
When analysing Romeo and Juliet it becomes apparent that while the two main characters’ lives were said to be predetermined by fate, it is Romeo's deep love for Juliet that acts as the catalyst that sets his fate into motion. Romeo was bound to love juliet but it was Romeo’s deep love for juliet that gets Romeo in to trouble. Additionally, Romeo gets to caught up in the one and only love of his life and when all the sudden it was gone he decided to kill himself. Although Romeo stated, “with love's light wings did I o’erperch these walls”( 2.2.73-75). This would prove that know matter what happens romeo will always go after Juliet/love Juliet. Ultimately, it is Romeo who is to romantic therefor creating the fate for himself and Juliet.
Fate is defined as, ‘the development of events outside a person’s control, regarded as predetermined by a supernatural power’. In the time in which ‘Romeo and Juliet’ was written, many people were strong believers of fate and it was a common belief in society. William Shakespeare was a famous poet who is recognised for his powerful writing and contribution to the English language. One of William Shakespeare’s highly recognised plays is ‘Romeo and Juliet’ written in the late 1500’s. It is a play about two star-crossed lovers alongside fate who by their death end the feud between the Montagues and the Capulets. In ‘Romeo and Juliet’, Friar Laurence is not to blame for the tragic events which occurs in the play due to the fact that other
“A man's greatest pleasure is to defeat his enemies, to drive them before him, to take from them that which they possessed, to see those whom they cherished in tears, to ride their horses, and to hold their wives and daughters in his arms.”, said Genghis Khan, ruler of the Mongol Empire. Shakespeare expands on this idea in his famous novel Romeo and Juliet. Romeo and Juliet tells a tale of two “star crossed lovers” born of rival families whose feud is continued by men battling in the streets, the two lovers try to get married and start a life together which is halted by the violence of men when Mercutio, Romeo’s friend was slain by Tybalt and Tybalt was slain by Romeo. Romeo’s brutality caused for him to be banished from Verona, a plan was
Juliet's parents over protect her which drives her to madness. Juliet’s life is strongly controlled by her parents. After Juliet and Romeo’s death, Friar Laurence explains to the crowd that, “Oh, in this love, you love your child so ill.” The importance of this passage is shown throughout the story. The Capulet family is forcing their beloved daughter to marry Paris, whom Juliet is not interested in. This push from her parents made Juliet anger. Juliet would rather marry the “villain” Romeo. These star-crossed lovers are in a relationship that cannot be broken. Juliet poisons herself so she will not have

He is depicted as an everyman who started out by going the distance and overcoming obstacles that had occurred in his life and career as a professional boxer.
Her father calls her many foul names as well as threatening to hurt her. The Nurse changed her position os Juliet’s love life. Instead of supporting Romeo and Juliet, the Nurse tries to convince Juliet to marry Paris,“Romeo’s a dishclout to him. An eagle, madam, hath not so green, so quick, so fair an eye as Paris hath. Beshrew my very heart, I think you are happy in this second match, for it excels your first,” (Act 3, Scene 5, Line 220-224).
Juliet is the daughter of Lord and Lady Capulet. When the play begins, we learn from the nurse that Juliet is soon turning fourteen (“Even or odd, of all the days in the year come Lammas-Eve at night shall she be fourteen”). In Juliet's first meeting with her mother and the nurse, she seems to be an obedient and responsible child. She comes immediately when they call her and answers always respectfully to her mother: "Madam, I am here, / What is your will?" (“Act 1, Scene 3). She is also clever as when her mother asks her what she thinks about marriage, she gives an ambiguous answer by saying what her mother wanted to hear really: “it is an honour I dream not of” (“Act 1, Scene 3). We learn that she is
“The best way to get your child to listen to you is to develop a meaningful relationship with them--without judgements and anger”. Capulet and Montague are unable to maintain stable relationships with their children, which eventually plays a part in their deaths. Romeo and Juliet is a tragic play written by Shakespeare. In fair Verona, two star-crossed lovers pursue their death-marked love no matter what the circumstances. Shakespeare includes a great deal of imagery and dramatic irony to emphasize the love between Romeo and Juliet. In Verona, the Montage’s and Capulet’s are seen as two very wealthy families. Despite their high social rank, their relationships with their children are very unstable. They demonstrate low respect for their children, treating them much like puppets and servants. The families’ abusive, self-centred and ignorant behaviours have caused sadness and depression unto their kids, and ultimately death. The parent-child relationships in Romeo and Juliet are acquainted and dysfunctional. Capulet’s selfishness and Juliet’s stubbornness make their relationship very unstable, while Montague’s caring personality and Romeo’s lack of love for his parents make it very hard to form a relationship.
