There are many topics, which are discussed in the lecture that enhanced my thinking regarding the qualities for an effective leader. The different approaches made me know about how different leaders are. Leaders are the people who should have a good employee relationship to make the work flow, smooth and end in success. Leaders are the people who have to change their nature and pattern according to the work environment. The things, which I learned from leadership theories, are. Every leader should possess certain essential characteristics. Leader should know more about himself and time-to-time he should seek self-development process to make him better with the time. Leaders should take responsibilities for his own action and be aware of it. Leaders should be good at decision-making, which suits the situation they are in. one of the import skill any leader should have is the communication skill and must deal with all the divisions of employees in good manner.
