Chakras are like a whirling mass of energy throughout the body and are in all animals and humans. They have primary and secondary meridians but there are 9 primary chakras positioned throughout the whole of the body which energy flows through. Energy can become blocked and unbalanced from time to time within the chakras which can cause illness. It is important to understand what each of the chakras represent so that they can be cleared bringing balance back to the energetic system and keep it flowing

Chakra boosters, Holistic Healing, and Reiki infinite healer do a great job of adding visuals within the piece. This helps to indicate which chakra they are talking about and distinguish them from the other chakras. They discuss each individual chakra and show a diagram of the human body, showing where each chakra is located and the ascending order they are in. However, each site takes a different focus on the chakras. Chakra boosters list the element, quality, sense, etc. associated with each chakra. Holistic Healing lists the negative and positive and negative aspects associated with the chakra, while Reiki Infinite healer focuses on psychological and physical symptoms that connect with each chakra. Madera High is an ordinary high school in a fairly small town of about 60,000 people. Although the usual picture of bullying portrayed in the media does not occur here, there are still other forms of bullying and harassment that happen often. Cyberbullying has become the new form of harassment that teens use to bully other students. Social media is now the platform bullies prefer to use rather than the physical confrontation that bullying used to be. Through recent years, it has become an epidemic that has taken over the internet and social networks. It has made it even harder for students to get away from the bully or the person harassing them. At Madera High the amount of bullying seen at school by other students and staff is fairly low,
The school environment was measured by its implementation of the Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) approach. SEL is a framework that focuses on resiliency and teaching social and emotional competencies to children and youth (Hong, Espelage, Grogan-Kaylor, and Allen-Meares, 2011). Specifically, SEL uses social skill instruction to address behavior, discipline, safety, and academics to help students become self-aware, manage their emotions, build social skills, and make positive decisions. A meta-analytic study of more than 213 maltreatment intervention programs found that SEL-implementing schools could expect better student behavior and an 11-point increase in standardized test scores (Durlak, Weissberg, Dymnicki, Taylor, and Schellinger, 2011). The affluent school with abundant resources implemented SEL to promote resiliency. The less-affluent school with limited resourced did not implement SEL; therefore, its students did not have access to any resiliency
The first Nazi concentration camp was built in March, 1933. Named Dachau, it opened in the grounds of the abandoned factory near the north eastern part of the town Dachau. There are 5 bodies in Hinduism that are relatively different than both Buddhist and Hindu realms. The bodies of our spirit are called kosa, which means “sheath, vessel, or container”. The first body is the tannamaya kosa which is the sheath composed of food. The second body is pranamaya kosa, sheath composed of vital force or also known as the etheric or health body that exists within the physical body as its source of life, breath, and vitality. Manomaya kosa is the third body which is the mind-formed sheath that controls ordinary thought, desire, and emotion. The term Kairos, describes a time when conditions are just right for a vital, life changing moment. This moment not only changes the individual’s life, but changes the lives of those around them. In sports for example, we see this all the time without even realizing it. The link I’ve included below, shows a professional golfer by the name of Tiger Woods making a one of the luckiest shots of his career to win the masters tournament.
An elderly abbot, garbed in deep saffron robes, sits cross-legged on the floor. Behind him towers a lavish altar, strewn with fresh flowers and framed by a pair of ivory elephant tusks. A large gold Buddha dominates the otherwise quaint room, with smaller statues and religious objects speckled around it. The flickering light of candles illuminates idealized depictions of the abbot, Phan Acham Phoosit (Chan) Kanthitharo. Two tiger cubs play at his feet. The temple, formerly known as Wat Pa Luangta Bua Yannasampanno, is located in the Kanchanaburi province of Thailand and doubles as a tiger sanctuary and tourist attraction with around 147 tigers currently residing there (Guynup). For example, when you get angry, kill, deceive, or become greedy that the karma will attach itself to the jiva. Then karma begins to form layers and layers on the jiva and hinders us from realizing our true potential. Thus making one continue to go through the cycle of birth and death. Chugchilan is situated high in the Sierra with some of the most stunning landscapes we have have seen in Ecuador. We loved it so much that we spent 3 days exploring the area. There are many great day hikes around this community which was established around 1861. Tourism is relativity new to Chugchilan and began around 1996. The majority of the residents are subsistence farmers who sell what they have grown at the market on a weekly basis. While there are only about 100 residents that live in the town center, there are 3 budget hostals in the area to choose from. We hope this information on where to stay on a budget is helpful in planning your visit to Chugchilan.
