CHEETOS MARKETING PLAN

1. Introduction

Our study is based on PepsiCo Iberia, an international company that heads the leadership in the food and beverages sector. PepsiCo is a group of companies that operates in more than 200 countries and has sells valued on more than 35 billions of dollars.
We will base our analysis on one of these companies that make up PepsiCo called FritoLay. Our main idea is to add a free wet napkin to all Cheetos plastic bags to allow our customers to wash their hands after eating our potatoes. Before introducing these new feature we need to conduct a marketing plan.

PepsiCo consists of three units: PepsiCo Americas Foods, PepsiCo Americas Beverages and PepsiCo International. PepsiCo Americas Foods encompasses Frito-Lay North America, Quaker and all Latin American food and snack businesses.

2. PepsiCo Americas Beverages oversees Pepsi-Cola North America, Gatorade, Tropicana, and all Latin American beverage businesses.

3. PepsiCo International is responsible for PepsiCo business in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
PepsiCo has a decentralized organizational structure.
The company is an adaptation. They are continually looking for continuous improvement, maintenance of new ideas in the market and the progress of the life cycle of the company.

The CEO of PepsiCo is Indra Nooyi. The Americas Food, Drinks Americas and International divisions are headed by John Compton, Massimo d 'Amore and Michael White, among others.

PepsiCo Iberica has two headquarters, three production plants and 71 sales offices.

The headquarters are located in Barcelona (Spain) and in Porto Salvo, Lisbon (Portugal), in this places PepsiCo Iberica has different departments as, Marketing, Human Resources, Trade Marketing, Sales, Logistic, and Investigation.
