On Sunday 10/15/17 at 1159 hours I was dispatched to a collision at West Valley Hwy S and Peasley Canyon RD S in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Prior to my arrival the involved parties moved their vehicles in the Peasley Canyon Park & Ride. I contacted Cheryl Southwick (UNIT 2). Cheryl said the collision actually happened at the intersection of West Valley Hwy S and the eastbound off ramp of Hwy 18. Margaret Harris (W) contacted me and told me she had witnessed the collision. Margaret stated she was stopped behind Cheryl's vehicle on the eastbound Hwy 18 off ramp to West Valley Hwy S, and Krystyna's vehicle was stopped next to, to the south of, Cheryl's vehicle in the right turn only lane. On Wednesday 04/28/16 at 2239 hours I was driving in my patrol vehicle around the area of Lea Hill Park located at 31600 124th Ave SE in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA, when I noticed a vehicle with two occupants inside parked on the south side of the park.
P-1 was traveling southbound on Archibald Avenue. P-1 was DUI and fell asleep and hit the traffic message board that was located in the middle of the two way turning lane approximately 30 feet south from the intersection of Dunes St and Archibald Ave. After the traffic collision, P-1 left the scene and moved his vehicle to the south side of the parking lot of the Walgreens located at 2950 South Archibald Ave. P-1 parked in a parking stall behind the Walgreens.
Investigators said Smith and the wife were driving a Mercedes Benz SUV eastbound on Sophie Wright Place when he was rear-ended with a man driving a Hummer H2. The collision caused the Mercedes heading to a Chevrolet Impala traveling across the same street, The New Orleans Times-Picayune reported.
I was exiting the ramp and Wauteka road headed north. I was at a red light as soon as it turned green I proceeded to go and another vehicle traveling south ran the red light T-Boning my vehicle. When entering the east bound lane of I20 from the frontage road just east of Matlock Road traffic was flowing then it stopped. At that time Ms. Henderson car collided with the back of my car (Gray Volkswagen CC, Lic. Plate DDS 2919) (Car 01).
I was informed a car went off the roads and the driver, Danielle Hauk, was not injured and already requested a tow truck. Enroute, Inv. Olson informed me he stopped there, checked on Danielle & she was not injured. I arrived and located the car in the west side ditch up against some small trees and a Paul Bunyan Communication box. Danielle informed me she was traveling alone south bound on Co Rd 4 when she lost control on the slush, spun out, entered the ditch backwards, and hit the trees.

Kimberley told me she was traveling eastbound on East Main Street when she observed the vehicle in front of her turn on their left blinker, as if they were going to turn North onto North East Street. Kimberly said she attempted to go around the vehicle of the right side, but when she was next to the vehicle it turned right, colliding with the rear drivers side of her vehicle. I then asked Stephen if that was what happened. He said it was and that he accidently used his left blinker instead of his right.
V1 and V2 both stoped in red light on the right turning lane of Renassiance West. V1 did not see V2 still stopped in red light and struck V2 from behind. Both vehicle had no apparent damages. The crash is non reportable at this time. Both parties exchanged information to resolve the matter among themselves at this time. V1 is at fault for this crash.
INVESTIGATION: On 09-18-2015 at 0830 hours, I was notified by Corporal Cherup # 1117, of a traffic crash with serious injuries that occurred on Madison Avenue, between Dacca Drive and Palm Drive on 09-17-2015 at 1955 hours. I responded to the crash scene and upon arrival at approximately 0905 hours I met with Detective M. Carter # 181968 and Deputies Thomas # 251327 and Maiello # 235946. The Deputies advised me as to the approximate positions on the roadway of the evidence, pedestrian and Vehicle 1. I was assigned to forensically map the scene and also took digital photographs of the scene. Detective Carter, took digital photographs of the scene.
On Tuesday 04/12/16 at 2055 hours I was dispatched to a single vehicle collision at 124th Ave SE and SE 304th ST in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised a single vehicle had struck a yield sign at the above intersection.
I was heading south on North Oakley Boulevard there was a parking spot in front of Precence Hospital . I pulled into the driveway and then started to back out of the driveway to the street to park in the open spot when another vehicle traveling south made a three point turn causing our vehicles to collide. There is damage to my rear bumper and, driver’s side wheel well.
The drive was going fine, until she was crying so much that she missed a turn and slammed into another car. Both her and the driver of the other car got out of the cars and were thankfully not injured. The other car did not have much damage, but Valencia was not so lucky, as the back end of her car was smashed in with the bumper barely hanging on. Both drivers had called 911, and a police car was the first person to arrive on the scene, as it was a fairly rural road they were driving on. The police officer seemed like a normal police officer, assessing the damage to both cars, making sure no one was injured, and then getting both Valencia and the other drivers’ side of the story.
