On 06/10/16, the reporter received a call from Chickasaw Police Department about a child in the street playing; the reporter responded. According to the reporter, Christopher was almost hit twice while playing in the road and one of the accidents was involving an 18-wheeler. The reporter stated Ms. Parks was confronted and told her she was responsible for watching the child, but she had to use the restroom.
On 11/13/15, the child was transported from Singing River by ambulance to Children’s and Women’s Hospital for medical reasons. The reporter stated since his admission, the child has displayed disrespectful and defiant behaviors. According to the reporter, Hunter has cursed staff, acted out, and been non-cooperative. The reporter stated on 11/16/15, Hunter’s girlfriend came to the hospital to visit him. During the visit a nurse witnessed the two minors outside smoking marijuana. Thursday, June 29th, 2017 at approximately 5:00 p.m., I Detective L. Donegain of the Fayetteville Police Department Homicide Unit received a phone call from Sergeant P. Orellano. I was advised a female had been found deceased at 925 Kennesaw Drive, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28314.
The reporter stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling sent a 15 year old boy that Briana wanted to go to homecoming with text messages about her breast. The reporter also stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling dropped Briana off at a party she was not invited to because the host did not want to deal with her mother. The reporter stated Briana knew the owners of the home and she was not injured or harm while attending the party. The reporter stated Mrs. Sterling has been witnessed grabbing Briana’s hair, yelling, screaming, and threatening to hit her with a belt when she doesn’t perform her gymnastic stunts correctly. Ms. Barbay stated Mr. Sterling comes into the home drunk and Mrs. Sterling will call the children in a room when the parents are about to fight; the children have to stand in the room to watch their parents fight. She remarried twice and divorced once and they moved to Detroit where her father lived when Till was nine. While on the bus the week of 08/17/15, Mattie bumped her head while sitting in her sister’s lap. The child had a gash in her head that bled all over the bus. Mattie may have needed stitches but she was not taken for medical treatment. The bus driver stopped the bleeding and bandaged the child’s wounds; the driver also told Mr. Cleveland what had happened and suggested she be taken to see a doctor. It was rumored that Mr. Cleveland did not take Mattie for treatment and made statements that she would be okay. It was a normal early morning Thursday for Ebony Archie (Miss Archie) in Jackson Mississippi. Miss Archie was on her way home with her son and decided to run into her local Kroger grocery store. Leaving her six-year-old in the backseat with the keys in the ignition, Miss Archie entered the grocery store. After being in Kroger for only a few minutes, Miss Archie exited the Kroger to find that her vehicle had been stolen. PER REPORTER: Charlie said today five year old Makiyah was brought into the emergency room in Chicago, IL by her mother. He said the child was brought in due to the child disclosing to her mother that while she was in Mississippi in the care of her grandmother (Felicia) she was abusing her. Charlie said he was told that Makiyah has been in Chicago, IL with her mother for a week now due to the child’s aunt dropping her off with her mother. Charlie said to his understanding the child was randomly dropped off with her mother by her aunt due to Felicia no longer being able to care for the child. Charlie said the child’s mother told him that Makiyah was staying with Felicia in Mississippi until she got everything together for the child to be able to come and live with her. However, he said according to the child’s mother the child will be staying with her and will not be going back to stay with her grandmother.
On 09/18/2015, at approximately 0058 hours, West Mahanoy Township Police Officer Joshua Pastucka observed a brown convertible driving in a slow manner in front of the Shenandoah Borough Police Department. He observed the vehicle circle the Police Department twice and frequently stopping in his travel. Officer Pastucka proceeded towards the vehicle observed the operator and identified him as Robert CONRAD. Officer Pastucka is familiar with CONRAD and had prior knowledge his license and vehicle registration was suspended. When CONRAD proceeded behind the Shenandoadh Borough Police Department on the second occassion Officer Pastucka entered behind him and made contact with him. CONRAD attempted to exit his vehicle and while doing so he had a difficult time opening the door. Once out of his vehicle he had a staggered gait and stumbled into the quarter panel of his vehicle.
