How/Why I Chose This Topic: Exercise has always had a major contribution in my lifestyle since I was a young child. As a youth, I participated in many sports such as soccer, basketball, football, and track. Exercise was a major factor in my live especially, as a growing child. Exercise allows me to grow and strengthen my bones and muscles. As I began high school, I slowly began slacking in physical activities while trying to maintain a good GPA. The lack of physical activity has decreased the strength of bones and muscle and has made me more prone to injuries. I chose this topic to influence me into exercising more often in order to maintain a health figure and strengthen my muscle and bones.
What I Did/Did Not Know Prior to Research: Prior
In today’s society many people lack the proper nutrition and health fitness that our body needs on a daily basis. As we are challenged everyday with different activities we take on, we are also challenged with technology. Technology not only has changed psychological parts of life, but the historical and sociological parts of life as well. How can we implement more physical activity? That’s a great question. Many people seem to forget their charger when they go out, or either on their phone so much while enjoying a night out on the town that they are always loosing a charge. Many malls, gyms, and workplaces now have charging stations.

Adding exercises into one’s daily routines can change their whole lifestyle. Many people look at exercise as being something just for people who want to lose weight or to become muscle bound, but there are a great deal of benefits that can be received from exercising regularly. Of course gaining muscle and losing fat are the two most popular reasons that usually attract people to the gym, but they make up a small part of the potential benefits that can be achieved with exercise. The importance of exercise is impressed upon most people from a young age by everyone from parents, teachers and health professionals to the media.
