Chocolate milk has an overdose of sugar, making the chocolate milk flavor sweet. Kids drinking this everyday with their school meal will get used to the sweetness. After a while, the kids will develop a sweeter preference of meals and snacks. This means the kid will eat more sweet foods(after the taste bud is “trained” to like sweet foods), and this effect was an indirect cause from chocolate milk.
