Chromium, the seventh most abundant element on earth is a transition metal from group VI-B .It is found in nature as the bound form constituting approximately 0.1 – 0.3 mg.g-1 of the earth’s crust. The name of the element is derived from the Greek word "chroma" meaning color, because many of its compounds are intensely colored. Cr is able to exist in several oxidation states, of which the trivalent Cr (III) and hexavalent Cr (VI) species are the most stable and abundant forms (Zayed & Terry et al., 2003).

Roccuronium is a non-depolarising neuromuscular blocking agent, and has the most rapid onset of the clinically available non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents. The element I chose is Ag which is called Silver. Its mass number is 107.8682. Silvers atomic number is 47. It's classification is solid and it's in group 11. It's a tranitional metal.

Rhenium, pronounced REE-nee-em, was the last naturally occurring element to be discovered. Cyanide is a compound that consists of a carbon nitrogen bond. There is a triple bond from the carbon atom to the nitrogen atom. Cyanide has many usages but can also be very dangerous to the people that are handling the substance. This compound is used in photography, fishing, mining, and papermaking. While it seems efficient in these different activities, it is extremely deadly. This substance is a quickly acting poison that can kill someone in a short period of time. Lawrencium is number 103 on the periodic table Lawrencium got its named after Ernest O. Lawrence the man who discovered the cyclotron a device used to to discover many artificial radioactive elements , was also found in the Lawrence Radiation Laboratory in Berkeley California 1961. This element is the most stable isotope ,Lawrencium has a half life of about 4 hours . Only tiny amounts of Lawrencium have been produced so there no use for it outside of scientific research , the atoms of the element is very small and by Lawrencium having a low half life it does not 't really give scientists a chance to research the element so this means scientists really do not know much about this element . Lawrencium boiling point is 2,960 degrees fahrenheit

After thoroughly reading this week’s material, the specific weapon I have chosen is a chemical compound such as sodium or potassium cyanides. I have chosen cyanides to be a potential weapon used, simply because it is a more discrete way to harm mass casualties. According to the CIA, “typical plots focus on poisoning foods or spreading the agent on surfaces to poison via skin contact” (CIA 2007).
