Tim Burton is a prize winning movie director and has won over 6 different awards for his films. Burton uses cinematic techniques in an excellent manner that fits his style of movie making. Burton’s childhood had a big impact on his movies. He was always considered an outsider so he bases his movies on that mindset. Tim Burton uses Flashback and Low key Lighting to convey a feeling of mystery and the theme of, the past is full of darkness and pain.
