In your mind, focus in on the sounds of success. What does success sound like to you? Does a song come to mind? A positive and supportive voice from the past? You may even imagine a positive affirmation? Whatever it is, imagine yourself intensifying this sound. Fill yourself up with the positive feelings. What do you feel? Do you feel relaxed and calm? Do you feel confident and powerful? Whatever you feel, let the positive feelings flow through you. How is your posture? Notice the position of your hands and feet. Notice how you hold your head as you feel the focus flow through you. How are you breathing? Is it slow and steady? If needed, give yourself a few minutes to imagine breathing out fear and breathing in confidence. Allow the positive feelings, visualizations, sounds and colors to flow through your mind, growing more powerful with each passing moment.
