Talk about Claye's day at school first, then, get it back to him being surrounded.
.
.
I was surrounded. All around me are the dark monsters of MONSTER. Their dark blue skin was shining in the moonlight, gleaming like sapphires in the open park. I glanced around at each and took in their tall, hunched over but powerful humanoid bodies and numbers.
Ten, huh? Looks like they're all level two as well. Not nearly enough.
I moved my hand onto my sword strapped on my back, angering the MONSTERS. They cried out in their animalistic voice and raced towards me. I can't stop the grin that spead across my face as they got within twenty feet.
"Reulsis" I muttered and made light green field quickly spread around the park. I intensified the gravity

are you finished?" Gene stuttered out sounding pained. This can't be good.
"Yes, I just did. Are you okay?"
"N..not really.. But I'll live... There was a level five MONSTER h..here. He got away and is heading.. t..towards your section. If you see him do NOT.. attack, he's way too strong. I barely got away."
"Level five?! It's killed too many people to get there, I'm sorry but I gotta stop it before it gets to level six, and no one can." I flew up to a nearby building and felt the air around my part of the city for any kind of disrupt.
"Claye, listen to me. It's. Dangerous. It has golden eyes! C..all another HERO to help you on this, please!"
I clicked my tongue in annoyance "I got this. Just go and get checked up by Mae." I said and hung up. She doesn't know how strong I am, I haven't had to go all out. I can take a level five, not easily, but I can do it. Plus, my section has more humans than the others, I gotta take it out.
I picked up the level five's inhuman movements to the east and flew as fast as I could towards the MONSTER. That way was towards a large complex of apartments, they loved to break in and eat humans so I couldn't waste any time. I arrived, and landed in the dark street, dark because the streetlights are all busted. Their cameras were also ripped out, remnants scattered across the

I was ecstatic that of all of the subject's this could happen in it was my best subject, AP Calculus. This'll be a piece of cake. I looked at the board and saw the question she most likely wanted me to answer.
"Any day now, Mr. Riggs. Do you know the answer or not!"
"B, one half." Fitch.
"That's.. Correct.." She growled out, actually angry that I got it right "But, since you find my class so boring that you'd rather play games on your phone than listen, detention!" She sharply turned on her heel back to front of the classroom.
I placed my head on my hands when everyone began to snicker at me until she yelled silence and continued teaching. Is that really necessary? She gives out a minimum of twenty detentions a week. It just wouldn't be Ms. Fitch's class unless someone got in trouble and, sadly, today it turned out to be me.
I pocketed my phone and stared at the chalkboard at the front of the room but didn't listen. Instead, I was thinking about my story and what could happen next. Writing is one of the few things that I like to do, but I've become a bit addicted. Nothing else really interests me, especially school work, because it got too easy since I spent too much time on it in the past before I found out what I like to
Even though I have no trouble reading I have always struggled with writing, even to this day, so I shall write about today. I am struggling to think of a subject to write about as I offhandedly work on a late project for Mr. Lyday’s class. As I struggle I realized that there are too many distractions in this room, the melodies playing loudly through my earbuds, my fluffy, soft, warm gray cat affectionately named Gray. The most potent distraction at the moment is my phone vibrating with a sharp, loud, repetitive “VVrt! VVrt!” Which draws my attention towards the friends I miss so greatly. As I move to a quieter, less distracting room, I realize that the greatest distraction is my own mind, I over think the most insignificant, I second guess
I played video games and sketched. It wasn’t a conscious thing, but the other day I realized what I hadn’t been doing. I sat down in front of a book (The Book of Three), opened it, and waited. I read the first chapter, but it didn’t catch my interest.
His eyes drop to the ground, slick with some substance. Blood, he recognizes in cold terror. And—what is that thing? It resembles a human made up of a million limbs, stitched haphazardly together. A spider turned human. It turns to him, eyes narrow and severe (what colour are they? It seems to shift unnaturally in the moonlight, ephemeral).
A lot of time had passed since he’d last seen Archie. Then again, a lot of time had passed since he’d last seen anyone, really. The ordeal with Groudon- and by that, he meant nearly boiling everyone on the planet alive- had left Maxie a shadow of his former self. Where there was once a proud, hot-tempered man with the power of an entire organization behind him, there was now a guilt racked and depressed 40-something who didn’t a friend in the world. (Which wasn’t true, but Maxie wouldn’t listen to anyone who told him so- not even his admins.) Most days were spent inside, brooding and imagining how that day could have gone so horribly wrong, if not for that child. The talented trainer who bested and tamed Groudon where he could only stare on
“Hold on guys. I got this,” Amasria steps up from the group. She takes her giant axe, holding it in front of her. “Everyone! Move back!”
My teacher possessed a peculiar sense of humor and after she finished reading the chapter she said in a villainous tone, “It might be smart to review your worksheets for a surprise quiz tomorrow.” Accompanying her evil statement was an equally evil smile that traversed her face. The evil nature of her smile even gave me goosebumps. Taking her word that there was going to be a pop quiz tomorrow, I made sure that I attained my book and worksheets to study with that night.
I was in the computer lab reviewing Spanish vocabulary when my fifth grade teacher entered with a stern face. She requested that Jonathan, Luke, Jack, Sydney and I came with her because she needed to speak with us. Nervous, we silently followed her out of the room and down the long, empty hallway. She remained silent as we walked, but my fellow classmates and I were not as reserved. Gathering together and beginning to whisper, we wondered why she was pulling us out of class. What could we have done wrong?
"Listen to me!" The ancient man roared yet again as he placed a limp hand upon his compatriot's shoulder. "Those vile creatures will reach the tower soon, and will find their way here to the lookout. And I don't think I can last."
"That's different. You're just a student. You're not going to get into trouble for asking a teacher about a bad grade. You know what, I'm going to prove it. You're going to talk to your English teacher yourself. When you get home, you're going to tell me what she said. Who's your English teacher, anyway?"
Gripping my sword tightly in my hand, I ready myself to charge right ahead. I can see the creatures of pure evil move slowly towards me, barely organized. ‘You’re mocking me, aren’t you…?’ I quickly check my surroundings, looking for anything I can use for my advantage. The burning village makes everything look dark and grim, but it does help me see the small alleyway.
I hop up and grab my polearm, calling out for help even as I throw my first shots into the enemy, managing to pierce a few ribs here and there.
“Knowing you will ask me how you can possibly defeat a dragon let me go ahead and give you this.”
Nationals for SCTP (Scholastic Clay Target Program) are held in Marengo, Ohio in the Cardinal Center in July. Teams from all around the nation travel to compete. My team is called the Cass County Clays. There were eleven members in the 2017 season. 2016 was the Cass County Clays first season. I, regretfully, decided against joining. I joined for the 2017 competition and earned many awards for myself and my team at varying competitions. Overall, my favorite event was the SCTP Nationals.
I crawled down the side of the building and stayed in the shadows. It would be best
"No I 'm just bored" I said, she gave me a sad smile before continuing with her lecture. I shook my head as I looked back down at my phone. I cursed it when the battery died. I pushed it in my pocket and put some hair behind my ear.
