Club IT Part 1 Maria Acosta XBIS/ 219 December 20, 2012 Richard Vincent Club IT Part 1 Club IT is a night club that Rueben Keys and Lisa Tejada have put together, to provide some high quality entertainment for everyone to enjoy, especially their adult friends. The mission statement for Club It is “We, Ruben and Lisa, offer you live music, DJ’s, dance space, and refreshments that suit your lifestyle. You are our friends, and we seek to build a community that meets regularly at Club IT.” (R. Then we can add a suggestion box as part of the website, that allows for suggestions as to the musical genre that is due to perform and advanced ticket sales to upcoming events. With an interactive website, the entire idea of creating a club for friends and community that fits into their lives and interests. Then we have interoffice needs that warrant a look, systems for ordering products through vendors via the internet, a tracking system that allows the vendors to see what is needed in the inventory of the club without the need of a call or reminder from club personnel. Also a system for the wait staff and bartenders that are wireless, an ordering system to allow the staff to be more efficient and a better system to track sales from the wait staff and production from the kitchen. A way to track what is a hot seller and what isn’t and where they can limit restocking or make changes to the menu items. The clientele that are targeted by Club IT is the Net Generation and Millenials, these are the ones that communicate via blackberry’s, I Phones, Droids and other electronic devices and who for the most part are in the IT field.
