The social responsibility of t revealing information and taking onus of issues is not shouldered properly at Coca – Cola. Thus has impacted its reputation.

The above discussion shows that factors are not common among stake holders but the attitude giving rise to negative reputation is common and that is ‘not taking the onus’ . A run away attitude is common in all cases that has negatively impacted the organization’s repute and thus bottom line. It has also not been able to deliver the social responsibility towards its different stake-holders.

Assume that you have become the CEO at Coca Cola. Outline the strategic steps you would take to remedy the concerns emanating from the company’s board of directors, consumers, employees and business partners, government and the media.
