College Admissions Essay: Freedom Isn T Free

Freedom to me is being able to do whatever you want that is reasonable. If you do something that is not reasonable your freedom may be taken away. You can earn your rights back, but they can still be taken away again. If you do not break the laws you will get more rights. Even though you may get more they rights they can still be taken away, if you break the law.

Freedom, some people take it for grant it, some people strive for it. Our country fought hard for it. Freedom means to me to is the right to do what you want. But we will never get full freedom because if we had full freedom people would do what they want and if people did what they want we would have conflict. With conflict people would fight each other because they would think the other person was doing something wrong and we don't want to have a Civil war. So our government has put limits on our freedom.

Freedom is something that many people take for granted. Having freedom allows you to make your own decisions. Many people abuse their rights by making bad choices. It is important to appreciate the rights you have because not everyone around the world has freedom.
