I became interested in the STEM camp because I believe this camp will benefit me an enormous deal in the future. Attending the camp will support my future academic goals. In college, I intend to specialize in science, math, and technology. The STEM camp will help develop my educational interests and provide a glimpse into what I can expect from studying the areas of math, science and technology and engineering. I know that my future career will involve knowledge in these subjects and I want to do everything possible to allow myself to be exposed to whatever educational opportunities that can help me develop these skills. I would also like to have an experience at UTRGV because it is one of my possible college choices at this

I’m interested in attending USNA Summer STEM because I have a strong interest in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. I plan on attending the United States Naval Academy and graduate as a Nuclear Reactor Engineer and serve my country for life. I have made strong connections with the staff at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and want to make great connections with the staff, cadets, and shipmates I’d be working alongside with at the academy. I hope to serve my country with Honor, Courage, and Commitment in the STEM field of the U.S. Navy.
The current partners of this program are Northern Virginia Community College, Maricopa Community College, Bunker Hill Community college, Houston Community College, City College of San Francisco, and College of

I am interested in attending the USNA summer STEM program because I have the desire to one day attend the United States Naval Academy and for my love of science, biology in particular. I believe that gaining the exposure to the academy's campus and the various STEM activities provided will cause me to become even more determined in reaching my goals. I also bring the aspect of military lifestyle and the long term future goal of becoming an officer in the United States Navy into my reason of interest in the program. I would be very proud and honored to graduate from the academy and go on to serve in the United States Navy, fighting for, and retaining the freedom many before me have fought to gain and protect. In potentially increasing my knowledge
More than 2,000 qualified young adults apply to participate in the annual Naval Academy Summer Seminar but only 850 of said applicants are selected to participate in each of the sessions. Knowing that the summer seminar deals with STEM and the Navy, I quickly applied myself so I can be one of those 850 selected young adults and participate in a science, technology, engineering, and math-loving atmosphere. I am interested in attending the Naval Academy Summer Stem program because I live and breathe science and engineering. I want to continue my path to higher education through the Naval Academy one day.
Today marks the day where the state fair comes to town and they released a new ride called “Erikson’s ride”
What my fair means to my community was the question, but the answer I concluded was most intriguing. For some the fair is something to come and connect with old friends, colleagues or relatives perhaps. For others the fair is to bring their animals to compete, or see who has the best showmanship and the best quality of animal. For the other individuals of the community they come to our fair because they want to take part in showing their business or vending. That is one of the great parts of our fair because usually the products are handmade and unique to their own kind. For some they come for the art, the music, the rides, the food and the list goes on. Overall the most meaningful about my fair is that the community not only comes together,

The Ku Klux Klan originated in the South and spread across the nation; during the early twentieth century, the KKK had approximately four million members throughout the country. Their members occupied many political influences in some states such as Oregon, Indiana, and Colorado. In the summer of 1868, Klan achieved part of their goal which was to defeat Southern Blacks; but didn’t succeed that well in carrying out their social aim during the reconstruction era, however; they later spread throughout Georgia. Then again, a Georgia Republican organizer was killed on March 31st, 1868; and because of his death, KKK organized terrorist crime became noticeable; to the extent that their violent actions spread across Georgia’s Black Belt, and the state

There are many reasons immigrants come to the United States and most come to seek a better life to provide for their families because there is little to no good paying jobs in the migrant's country of origin due to it's econome. And due to this it makes family's separate, causing an emotional factor that making it very difficult to be a family when there is a border separates you from them. Which brings up something called the Attachment Theory it states “as humans, we are strongly inclined to seek proximity to and contact with a clearly identified attachment figure and do so particularly in times of stress”. The definition of the attachment theory comes from “Attachment Dynamics and Latin Cultures” written to us by Paul T. Peluso et al. This can make it difficult for the children when the parent migrate to the US.
In the 1600s, Colonial democracy was limited through voting barriers towards those who did not own land. Colonial representatives focused on those with political and economic power rather than focusing on indentured servants, slaves, or the common people who were more economically and politically invisible. The different structures of governments in the colonies portrayed the lack of consensus among the colonies. These limitations allowed inequalities to form at a different pace and contributed to the influence of: Bacon’s rebellion, the Enlightenment, and the Zenger case by introducing the idea of colonial resistance as a way to achieve accurate representation. The development of a democratic society allowed these three events to set up ideas for future founding documents and provided a connection among the thirteen colonies by questioning colonial authority and the unequal government representation that came with it.
