Millennial also known as generation Y or the net generation are demographic group that follows generation x. Individuals who reached adulthood around the turn of the 21st century are millennial. Millennial, who were born in the late 80s and early 90s, has parents who span two generation (generation x and baby boomers) each with its own approach to higher education. Millennial face a lot of problems while shifting from high school to university. They had to deal with various emotional problems, stress home sickness, love affairs, transitional challenges, coping with the new environment and the circumstances. This paper tells about the independent learning abilities, how to attract millennial as employees, how to cope with stress, online learning. In higher education, millennial students struggle a lot of while doing their assignments and adjusting to new learning environment, career developments etc. Researchers give some decent ideas on how to cope up with these problems through employee volunteerism programs, stress management techniques, college retention strategy and CSR incorporating strategy. In this study the question of how the millennial generation can best solve the current issues will be introduced and discussed. To this end, the author will present, evaluate, and discuss the three subtopics of new environment adaption, updated in learning and stress management.
