Good morning Bill, Last night a women stopped Jessica as she was closing up the office about the Blue Bus key. Jessica called me to see if I knew who had it last. I remember that you just went last week or 2 weeks ago to put keys in the box. Now they're gone and no one signed them out. Jessica said that the women who stopped her said she was was China, she also stopped her as she was closing up again to let her know that spoke with Rob and that he used the blue bus 3 weeks ago. I am not sure how to handle the bus and van key situation if whoever comes and takes them does not sign them out. Would you like me to put the sign out sheet in the key box, so if anyone comes in and takes it signs it out? Also this lady not sure who she is, is going

On Tuesday September 20, 2016, at approximately 10:15pm, Resident Assistant Sean Griffin approached the Resident Assistant on duty, Nina Scott, to inform her that the keys for room 331 were not working to lock the door. Resident Assistant Nina, went to room 331 to try Resident Jennifer Villavicencio and Resident Nimrah Saeed’s keys. After the keys failed to lock the door, Resident Assistant Nina tried to use the Master key to lock the door. After the master key failed to locked the door, Resident Assistant Nina called emergency maintenance at 10:24pm. Emergency Maintenance arrived at 11:09 pm to check the lock. At 11:21pm, maintenance finished and said that the lock will need to be replaced. Emergency Maintenance informed Resident Assistant
So everyone knew how to get into the building. When we were walking in the front door was unlocked, which I figure it would be at the time we were there, due to parents still bringing in children. While talking with Linda, she said that the all the doors were locked besides the front door during the day. With the door being unlocked at all times, anybody can come into the building. Which I think that the Front door should be locked or have a passcode or something to get in. That way only the parents and staff can get in, anyone else would have to ring a bell or something for someone to let them in. The rating for the entry access would have to be
The principal has arranged for a keypad to be installed at the front door. This means any non-staff member wanting to enter the school must first ring the bell and wait for the receptionist to verify their identity before they are admitted. The positive impact of this is that the children are safe from access by unauthorised people and it protects their right to safety and security.
Brief summary of speech - Ronald Reagan’s address is a commemorative speech meant to honor the victims of the Challenger disaster and bring hope to a nation facing tragedy by encouraging the continuation of space travel. According to our textbook, a commemorative speech is “When we speak to praise, memorialize, or celebrate...a person, event, or idea” (Houck, ch. 4). In this speech, Reagan’s main focus is to memorialize the victims of the Challenger disaster, but he also aims to celebrate and praise their dedication to exploration.
The question about payment to college athletes is consistently raised in discussions because the decision is extremely controversial. It is important to mention that there are both pros and cons on this matter. Payment to college athletes can be perceived as a positive opportunity or negative drawback of involvement in professional sports that distracts them from learning. Young people should be able to develop their individuality, socialize and learn instead of being focused on the job before getting a diploma. In fact, the vast share of research sustains the idea. A payment to young athletes for their sports achievement should be perceived as an issue because they are not yet responsible for spending wisely, they get distracted from academics and could start living a frivolous life that would deteriorate not only their professionalism but also damage the future.

An older man is slumped in a rigid metal chair. He is barely visible over the multiple rows of people surrounding him. His hands clasp his seat, trying to steady the rest of his body. A few tears trail down his rough cheek. The final notes of taps echo across the gymnasium. My brain takes a while to adjust to the fact that I had just seen my grandpa cry. I had never seen this tough yet loving man break down like that. I wanted to rush over to hug and comfort him. He located me in the crowd and shook his head, smiling. This was his moment. He finally acknowledged the sacrifices he had made, and was feeling true appreciation for his service. A simple middle school Veterans Day program was what it took to break through some of the pain of his
Welcome to New Haven Middle School’s Veterans Day Assembly. A lot of people think it’s just another assembly that you go to and just listen to people talk, but it’s more than just that. It’s about honoring our loved ones and the fallen ones, the ones who came back injured or scarred for life. We go to airports and gym’s where a meeting s held to welcome home our soldiers. Some kids ask their parents or someone they know about who gives us our freedom. All they have to say is someone who fights for our country. Freedom is NOT free. It may seem free because certain people are out fighting to protect us and our country. Some people throw a party or a huge welcome home gathering or make tons of signs to show their thanks. I’m sure they love it but I’m also sure all they would want is a simple thank you.

“A man is loved not for how tall he stands, but for how often he bends to help, comfort, and teach.” (Anonymous) This is quote sits on my dad’s nightstand in a brown, oak frame. It pictures a little boy and his dad kneeling to help tie his son’s shoes. I remember when my dad knelt to help me also tie my shoes, but through the years my dad has fulfilled this quote. He has helped me, comforted me, and taught me. That is why today I would like to tell you about his impact on my values, faith, work ethic, and goal setting.
The National Institute on Drug Abuse writes that an estimated 9% of marijuana users will eventually become dependent on marijuana (National Institute, 2014). The American Society of Addiction Medicine defines addiction as “a primary, chronic disease of brain reward, motivation, memory and related circuitry. Dysfunction in these circuits leads to characteristic biological, psychological, social and spiritual manifestations. This is reflected in an individual pathologically pursuing reward and/or relief by substance use and other behaviors” (American Society, 2011).
Thank you for joining us today as the City of Mobile participates in the Race for the Cure Walk in celebration of October Cancer Awareness Month. This is a special occasion for many reasons but the most significant is that we have chosen as a community to make a difference and to show our own ability to be heroes. People define heroism in so many individualized ways and the world is full of heroes that make a significant impact and have admirable traits of all kinds. Our own designated heroes affect our mindset and influence our thoughts and our actions. It is powerful and influential. To me, a true hero changes the world and provides hope and peace in the most difficult situations.
