Level 3 Communications is an American Company incorporated in Delaware that dates back to 1985 and headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado. A major shift in the company took place in 1998 when they set out to shift their business focus and create a company dedicated to the development of a facilities-based, end-to-end communications network optimized to provide IP communication services.
