Love is like a delicate flower after it's been plucked, beautiful in the beginning, but slowly withers and dies in the end unless put in water to preserve its life.
Catniss and Peeta loved eachother so much they were willing to die to be together. After being told only one could win and one of them would have to kill one another they both agreed to be together in the end . All most as Hermia and Lysander they also loved eachother so much to run off and defy everyone and the laws to be together. They were willing to defy the rules knowing if caught they could be put to death. Which that is an example of how love has its beautiful and agonizing moments. The beautiful moments is that they loved each other enough to go against all odds and all

True love is the most powerful love in this story as it is the sort that hurts no one and is really from the heart. It is demonstrated when Lysander says " There, gentle Hermia, may I marry thee, and to that place the sharp Athenian law cannot pursue us. If thou lovest me, then, Steal forth thy father's house tomorrow night" act 1 scene 1 161-164. It shows that during those harsh
Love is something everyone feels, and is different for everyone. It can make people do things that they could never see themselves doing. It impacts everyone in their day to day lives. The level of respect and equality women in Egypt held was rarity of that time in comparison with other ancient societies. The women in ancient Greece were seen as property, with a sole purpose of childbearing. They were controlled by the male head of the family, expected to carry out domestic duties and stay silent, with no legal identity of their own. They were guarded at home by male chaperones and not allowed to leave the house without their heads covered and a minimum of three garments. Mesopotamian men were increasingly controlling of women over time, in order to protect the legitimacy of family heirs. Women were expected to be virgins at the time of marriage, and casual socializing among married men and women outside their homes was forbidden.
Love is a powerful emotion that every human being has experience at least once in their life. There are numerous connotations that refer to this emotion, but there is only one kind of love that can make a person change completely in unexpected ways. It is the kind of love that consumes the soul and everything within. Mixed with excitement, adventure, heartbreak, happiness and joy; it is a big ball of feelings, all concentrated in one simple, yet extremely complicated necessity to have, protect, please and give all of oneself to that one person. In certain occasions, love can grow very intense and, consequently,
Staying true to one's love is so very important when one believes in their true love with every fibre of their being. Hermia and Lysander are so in love that nothing else seems to matter. They want to be together at all costs and they will not let anything get in their way, this is true especially for
When somebody thinks about the west the first things that presumably ring a bell are most likely Cowboys, Indians, Gunfights and The Gold Rush. Almost none individuals consider blacks and their commitment to the development of the west. This is because the fact that the west was viewed as free domain blacks, were still defeated to a certain degree. What individuals need to acknowledge is that slavery is more mental than anything. Blacks made commitments in numerous zones of the west: on the farm, in wars, furthermore in trade. In this paper, I will convey to light a dominant part of the numerous commitments that blacks made to help make the American west what it is known today as “The Buffalo Soldiers”. Numerous individuals convey the confusion
Love is a feeling between two people that comes with lots of emotions, respect, commitment, trust, honesty, and many other values. In the story The Great
Love is said to be one of the most desired things in life. People long for it, search for it, and crave it. It can come in the form of partners, friends, or just simply family. Love can be extraordinary and breathtaking. Love being held so high can also be dangerous. Love can drive people to numerous mad things with it dangerously so full of craze and passion.

Love is a force that inspires us to feel more, do more, and sometimes sacrifice for the object of our attention. Poems, music, relationships are all written in the name of love. There are six kinds of love, according to the ancient Greeks:
Of all the treasures in the world, true love is of the most valued. They say that when you are truly in love, the universe around you simply stops, and no one else matters except you and your love. Love has the mesmerizing beauty of a stunning red rose, but it also has spiteful thorns surrounding it. But between friends and family, love can quickly go from black and white to shades of grey and can become fatal and suspenseful.
My series is, however, different from these portraits in many ways, the two most notable being: I have stripped my paintings of color, and I have painted portraits featuring more than one character. These two simple changes were, of course, guided by my reading of the text and my artistic interpretations of its central themes. I chose to leave these paintings in black and white to invoke the viewer to consider the seemingly black and white divide between love and pride in this play. As I previously stated in the first section of this analysis, through the use of obvious and simple central conflicts (from Hermia’s love against her father's overbearing rule to Bottoms blatant arrogance) Shakespeare portrays love and pride as opposites, and the lack of color in my final images is meant to subtly reaffirm this truth. Furthermore, my decision to paint “group portraits” was informed by my desire to emphasise the contrast between certain personal relationships within the play as well as highlight the crucial
Love is also the feeling someone has for a job perhaps, for a lobby of the hotel you serve in that always smells just so and has plants hanging from the wall giving the illusion you had just stepped out of a dreary gray, salt-encrusted winter into a touch of the exotic. Or for a hobby, for the grip of a ball, the tension in a muscle, the throw, watching it spin just so to the exact right spot. For rolling a die and dreaming up daring adventures against ancient dragons, or of that risk of gaining or losing it all. For the whoosh of air in free fall from 10,000 feet, or the watery embrace of sea exploring. For healing a sick child, for holding a kite string as it plays upon a wind we've no control over. For
Love has many different meanings to different people. For a child, love is what he or she feels for his mommy and daddy. To teenage boy, love is what he should feel for his girlfriend of the moment, only because she says she loves him. But as we get older and "wiser," love becomes more and more confusing. Along with poets and philosophers, people have been trying to answer that age-old question for centuries: What is love?
