Compared with situations in semester 1, in semester 2 I have become more familiar with other classmates and staffs, so I found curricular projects were easier to proceed and my role as a course representative was also more relaxed to be done. For example, in the seminar class, because we have built more trust between each other, more detailed discussions about the relevant topic could be made but unnecessary conflicts could be avoided. After discussion, more opportunities are given to me representing my teammates to speak because they have already believed my inductive ability and English speaking skills. For example, in the seminar class, because we have built more trust between each other, more detailed discussions about the relevant topic could be made but unnecessary conflicts could be avoided. After discussion, more opportunities are given to me representing my teammates to speak because they have already believed my inductive ability and English-speaking skills. Those changes are all benefit from my willingness to help and activities like meals together so that we have had chats to know each other and built our friendships. Even though good changes in semester two, the new challenge raised when I was doing the poster-making project in a group, that I found it was difficult to divide jobs to each teammate. A poster consists of several strong-connection parts and the design of each part needs everyone’s effort, so finally we decide to do it together face to face.
