Where to go on vacation is a popular conundrum in many households every year. People enjoy going out of town to relieve stress and get away from work for a short time. The beach and the city are both great places to vacation. They are both open anytime of the year. It depends on what you want to accomplish where you should decide to go. I hope the next few paragraphs help you make that tough decision easier. The items you need to bring with you can differ between the beach and the city but it can also be the same. At the beach the restaurants are mostly seafood. They also serve fresh caught food which makes it taste so good. The beach also has a few steak houses and little family restaurants which appeal to their way of life. Reservations are an option at almost every place but not required. Restaurants in the city consist of everything you could imagine. They have restaurants from famous people, like Bobby Flay and B.B.King, and ones from every ethnicity ranging from African to Vietnamese. They are also very packed and reservations are usually required. The price difference is also a key ingredient. At a seafood restaurant at the beach you could spend thirty dollars or less per person and leave satisfied and full; to where at a city restaurant it may cost you a hundred dollars or more for two people to leave with that same feeling. The next thing to consider is the pace of life in both areas. At the beach the pace of life is slow. So it is the great place to go to relax and take things one day at a time. Things are mellow and not a lot of unhappiness. At the beach there can be a crowd but there is always an empty spot for you or someone else. People are friendly and always willing to talk to you and help you in any way you need. In the city the pace is much faster. It seems as people are always coming and going. Streets are packed at all times of the day. People are grumpy and unhappy
