The four kids were playing hide in seek in their new house they were taken too during the war, and that is when Lucy discovered the wardrobe. She hid in the wardrobe, kept taking a step after step, further into the wardrobe, until she eventually fell into the world of Narnia. Lucy started walking in Narnia and came upon a lamp post and then approached Mr. Tumnus, who is working for the White Witch. The White Witch represents the Devil and the evil character. The White Witch does evil things to other characters in the book and persuades some characters to do evil things. She tells Mr.Tumnus, a half man, half goat character, to bring the son and daughter of eve to come over for tea, then put them to sleep so that he can return them to her and then she can turn them into stone. Mr. Tumnus felt guilty doing it and fooled Lucy, one of the children in the book, into

Main characters in the book The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe include the lion Aslan, the White Witch, and four children who are siblings (Lucy, Susan, Edmund, Peter). The book is truly a Christian allegory as you will see.
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is a fiction in which one of the main characters, the sturdy lion Aslan, has the most power and authority. There are tons of images of Aslan from the book and the movie that relate to Jesus in Bible. The most outstanding images are the death of Aslan on top of the stone table which represents the crucifixion of Jesus, Aslan’s rebirth which is similar to the Resurrection of Jesus, and Aslan’s offering the stone statues life just as the figure of God made everything. Shortly, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe includes a number of biblical images that are the details from the Bible which were reflected by the book and the movie.
When Edmund first goes to Narnia, he meets the White Witch. She tells Edmund that if he brings back his three siblings than she will make him a prince. When he returns to the Witch without his siblings, she is furious and makes him her slave and forces him to walk to the Stone Table, where she anticipates Aslan will be. Anti-Transcendentalism, also known as dark romanticism, was a literary movement that revolved around the negative aspects of life and human nature. Many authors have made a name for themselves through Anti-Transcendentalism, including Nathaniel Hawthorne and Edgar Allan Poe.Both writers used their stories as a platform to expose the "reality" of human nature. Throughout the history of mankind, few books have been as successful or lasted as long as the Bible. In fact, the Bible has been the best-selling book since mankind could write, printing over five billion copies throughout history(Guinness World Records). In addition, there have been reflections, translations, and even fiction novels that imitate the great book. One of those fiction novels is called The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, written by Clive Staples Lewis. In the fantasy The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, Clive Staples Lewis uses the symbol of the stone table, the character archetype of the villain, and the character archetype of the hero to convey and compare the similarities of Christianity in his novel.
Lastly, the four children (Lucy, Edmund, Peter and Suzan) are human beings. They represent four different kinds of people who have different encounters with God. For Peter, he is the skeptical type of Christian. One who is doubtful by how God can use him to help build God’s kingdom, yet at times he forgets that it is only Christ who can defeat evil and not by his strength alone. Edmund is the type of Christian who has sinned and fallen short many times along the road before choosing to love and follow Christ. While Suzan is the type of Christian who has consistently doubted whether or not Christ, even really exists before fully trusting God with the things that don’t seem to make sense. Lastly, Lucy represents the Christians who just love, follow and dedicate their lives to Christ without hesitation and without doubt. Lucy’s childlikeness showcases how Christians should love and trust Christ with our lives.
There are also many similarities, or else it wouldn't be The Chronicles of Narnia. The similarities and differences can be due to artistic differences for instance how one person interprets something may not be how another interprets it, budget reasonings, or it may just simply have to do with a time line of the filming. Seeing as a majority of films are not made by the author of the book, it can be extremely hard for a director and movie writer to completely capture the book on film. Another thing that could make it hard to transcribe the book to film is

As Rome conquered more people, it started to develop problems political, economical, and socially. The expansion of the Roman military created social conflicts and tension to the existing political institutions that was unable to be managed. The early Roman republic was an aristocracy before Caesar was elected consul. Legions were considered to be more loyal to their generals than they were in the republic. Rome set up three forms of government (monarchy, aristocracy, and democracy) to create the guidelines for the constitution. Roman senators killed Caesar because he was going to destroy the Roman Republic. The senate was a mixture of the legislature and giant advisory council. In C.S. Lewis’s The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, Lewis emphasizes the three points of philosophy, themes, and symbolism throughout his writing. When having to reflect upon the movies I have seen and trying and pinpoint a few that have made a spiritual impact on me without me even noticing, was very difficult. So, I took to Google and realized that one of my favorite series, The Chronicles of Narnia, is almost based on Christianity itself. One movie, in particular, probably the most well known is The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. The movie is found to have Christian themes. The writer of the novels the films are based on has religious views in almost all the books. This film adaption of The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe is filled with hidden religious content. For instance, Aslan is seen to be Jesus Christ, Jadis is Satan, and the plot of the movie follows the resurrection
