What sets this bakery apart from other bakeries is the company’s artistic flair for fun and elegant designs, whether on a cake or piece of chocolate. Sweet Tooth produces some of the most gorgeous and fun cakes, cupcakes, candy, and cookies within sin city at very affordable prices. The vision is future-focused and is about establishing certainty and direction around the goals the organization has for its business (Pearce & Robinson, 2009). Sweet Tooth’s vision is a conclusive description of what the company is working to achieve. The company wants to be the bakery of choice for consumers and customers alike and lead in quality, service, and innovation. Sweet Tooth wants to be a business where its employees feel motivated to come up with new creations and where its employees are proud to be a part of (Pearce & Robinson, 2009).
Sweet Tooth’s Values
Values are principles that guide the organization’s daily operational judgments and are a describing fundamental of the organization’s culture (Pearce & Robinson, 2009). The values of Sweet Tooth can be summed up in the three P’s, which are pride, performance, and people. These values support the delivery of the company’s vision. Pride refers to the professional way Sweet Tooth conducts business. The company stands by its products, word, and delivers on its commitments. Performance refers to the company’s driving force to succeed and fulfill the needs of customers and consumers. People refers to motivating employees to release their inner artist. The culture within the organization can be best described as a family unit, where everyone works together peacefully and creatively.
