I like to think there are four levels of procrastination. The first is false security, the “I still have plenty of time, I can finish this later.” The second is laziness, the thoughts like,“I should probably get this started. Nah.” Next comes denial and excuses such as, “I would start this, but I’m doing something else right now.” and, “I’m just taking a little break.” Then finally the crisis stage, the stage during which you stay up all night long in order to finish the homework assignment you had all day to do. The problem is that I procrast when it come with school and work.In the past year I didnt do well in this same class end of having to drop the class in the main reason why is because I would wait last minture to do the work or go online. It cause me to be late and I tuned in the assessment last minute.  I wait last minute to do everything.  My hypotheses is if you follow these easy step you wouldn 't procurator anymore.The methods and steps  I use to help me with my stop procrastination is write down my work on a calendar.  Break my work into little steps. Then change the area i 'm in if it 's loud ,and I cannot stay focus ; I would go somewhere quiet , so I can get the work done . Most of the time it 's the library for me because it 's so quiet in the library. Create a goal a timeline with deadlines about the work.  Eliminate my procrastination pit-stops which mean to us young adults election deceive anything that stop me from doing my work is a pit-stop. Get a friend that inspire to who is going to take action and help you not procurator which its my girlfriend. Ask for help if you stuck on something don 't wait last minute ask your teacher or friend. Write your goals on something look at it everyday. If you want to get this work done write it down look at it everyday until it is finish. Finally Just do it don 't wait

INTRO: Conflict is a necessary part of life. Without conflict, we have no reason to better ourselves, our communities, our nations, or our planet. Without conflict, stories would have no meaning, there would be nothing to learn from our past or those who came before us. In reality, it is not these conflicts that we are able to grow from, but the ways that conflicts are resolved.

Jut trying to keep up with all the work is frustrating. Sometimes you have to work long hours and come home to homework. We have to learn to prioritize our time and determine which activities cone first.

Dear Molly, I’m a sophmore in highschool and everyday I get so much homework-it’s crazy. When I get home from school, I’m never motivated to my work. I know I should do it, but I really don’t want to. I know it sounds lame but honestly it's a daily struggle. All of my friends have this problem as well, but they just “deal with it” and do it anyway. I want to be like them but I don't know how they do it. Conflict affects everyone, not just specific people. Whether it is being in a fight with a friend to a death in the family, everyone is going through something. A big conflict in my life is depression. I was clinically diagnosed with depression 1 year ago. Since then, my life has been a series of ups and downs. The only way I think people can really do well in school is by doing their homework. Even though I don’t like homework, it really helped me get the grades I wanted. It is seen as an essential part of learning and using what you learn in class. But when you get loads of class work and have very little time to finish it, then it becomes an unnecessary burden. Yet, sometimes, for me, it is the fact that I procrastinate that prevents me from completing a task. For college student, like myself who is working to pay for college, large amounts of class work usually brings lots of stress and fear of not being able to get good grades in many of my classes. Yet, I have support from my family, friends, and some peers who encourage me to put up a good fight in reaching my goal. I am a student that has gone through so much to get here, where I am. There were times that I had strong feelings that I would never be in college, just because of the negative energy I forced upon myself. Since pre-K, I have had this problem that if I can't do something I just give up, and stop trying. I still have this problem, but I have learned to get a control on it. The biggest problem was graduating from high school. I never thought that I would ever graduate. But I knew, as a student, I should at least try and show my teachers that I am putting effort. And now, I'm in college, studying pre-med, and hoping to become either a pediatrician, or a NFL Doctor.

Every student sets goals and deadlines to get their work done on time, but some wait until the last minute. As the grade level increases, the work load and difficulty increases, leading to more procrastination. Most students in high school procrastinate, and the question is, why? Is the work too hard? Do their teacher’s leniency cause them to? Do students not have enough time? Do extra-curricular activities take up too much of their time? There has been many other research studies on this topic, but I wanted to see if the students in my survey and interviews had any different correlations.

There are all always two types of students in this small world, first, the students that come ready to class with a three to five-page essay all proofread, nice and stapled with three transition sentences highlighted turned. Second, there are those students who come to class with not even half of a paper written out, unstapled, not a single transitional sentence highlighted and may have plenty of errors due to not proofreading the essay. Those second group of students are procrastinators, which are people who delay an assignment to do the task right before the deadline.
