First of all, through the SVARF tools, I should think again about the communication. I belong to a Japanese company now, and surrounded only Japanese colleagues. INTP result told me, I may ignore other people feelings, and I should remind it, to communicate smoothly. Despite connecting with the company, I believe that I can improve my communication skills. I found that if I did not speak with some form of credibility my ideas would not seriously be considered. In addition having better communication with my group outside of meeting would of helped. I feel that if I reached out more often, other than when meeting were required, I would have been able to create a stronger connection with my group. This is important because the chemistry of the group is what will determine the route of the project. I also can improve my ability to trust others. Often time I want to do my own work and be responsible for the grade I earn. Trusting others will increase my ability to work within a group because it will allow others to participate more and share their thoughts. The last thing I would like to improve is my body language while working. Often I find myself with a facial expression that shows boredom or a lack of interest. To fix this I need to have a positive mindset and make sure not to be tired before attending the
Reminds me of a chapter I read recently about communication and the various barriers of communication. One such barrier is emotion sometimes a person may not like a person therefore they do not hear what the person is saying although the person is speaking clearly.
I believe that the Fashion Institute of Technology is a school that can change my life and career. I truly believe that I am the perfect candidate for FIT because I am committed and passionate about my academics and future goals. Putting aside a completely different major from fashion and learning something new can be challenging, however, I am very desperate and motivated to take on that task. I have confidence in myself, that I am in a perfect position where I will be able to adapt to any learning environment. Furthermore, I want to study graphic design in depth and be able to communicate through my artwork. I believe that FIT is the perfect school that can provide me the perfect path to the life where I can make a living doing what I truly love and enjoy doing.
First, what I offer to an organization and my leaders is not quite matched by my enthusiasm for being a part of the team. This enthusiasm drives exemplary followers as Hackman and Johnson (2013) state, “They know what they want to achieve in life and commit themselves to organizations that share the same purposes” (p. 59). However, because of this, the second idea that sticks out is a slight hesitancy to take initiative in personally uncharted territory. The last point deals with superior interaction. Communicating with my superiors whether for clarification or simply in a relational way separates me from a robot simply fulfilling desires.
I am a southern bred leader, pursuer, and helper whos mission is to spread peace, love, unity, and respect among many to create a world of cheerfulness and brotherhood. I am Austin William Carricoand this is my story. All my life I have lived in the small town of Crestview and grew up among the wilderness along with its inhabitants. As the town grew exponentially into a vast city, my heart, my mind, and my soul grew with it, learning the ways to help others and slowly turning from a boy to the young man I am today. I now attend Collegiate High School continuing my journey at the ripe age of fifteen, still promoting peace as a mission for others even when I left my former school, Niceville High.
My life is run by alignment and perfection. Aligning everything on my desk, aligning everything on my computer, aligning everything in my backpack. Perfection in my work, perfection of my personal items, perfection of workout reps at the gym. Alignment and perfection is everything. I can’t stop help it, I just need to perfect and align all of my things. This habit of keeping things organized is so that I can focus on the important things. However, is it more than just a habit? More than a obsession? Is it an addiction to be constantly organized? Yes. I need to have everything aligned to the pixel, to the centimeter, or I can’t let it be. Whether it be using an arrow key or barely tapping the object to get it in line, it must be perfect. Perfection is necessary, perfection is everything, perfection is absolute.

On the other hand, if the career I want to study is chorography I would join dance and that will help me get ideos on how to create dance choreagraphyies. To summarize, if my goal is to become a multimedia
The plan was to write a profile that conveyed completely heartfelt honesty and insert it into some dating site if she could find one out of seemingly hundreds, and try to get it done by the end of the evening before a change of mind. Fifteen minutes later, nothing came out right so she opened up a search engine instead to choose out a dating site and soon found out how many different flavors there are of them.
