Its 3’oclock, the kids will be home from school soon, you have to take one to basketball, the other to soccer practice, and feed your spouse when they arrive home. You don’t want to spend hours cooking a healthy meal but what choice do you have? The children need to eat something healthy and your spouse will want a hot meal on the table when they arrive home after working a grueling 8 hour shift.
