Country Club Community Analysis

Crawford County, Kansas is very familiar to me; it is where I was born and raised and now, as an adult, it is where I work as a nurse. Barriers to healthcare exists in every community. There is a high amount of poverty in Crawford County that contributes to barriers to access to healthcare. Furthermore, Crawford County has several stakeholders that influence the health of the community and advanced practice registered nurse (ARNP) practice. In this assessment of my community, I will identify Crawford County, as well as prevalent health care barriers and important stakeholders in my community.

The reason of the National Honor Society is to assist the community through the use of community service. The students selected in this course must have strong academic goals and achievements while at the same time being students people are comfortable socializing with. The National Honor Society promotes to the community to allow to see the students grow and achieve as well as the surroundings around them.

The first settlers came to Apex NC in the 1860s. Not too long after settlement, the town was incorporated in 1873. Most of the history of Apex is derived from the railroad system that went through the community. Even the town’s name can be traced by to the system. As the highest point along the railroad between Richmond, Virginia to Jacksonville, Florida, the town was named Apex.

For those interested in living in a suburb of this great city, there are many to choose from. Each neighborhood has its own amenities and benefits to offer residents. Some of the best ones to consider are Greenway Fields, Stanford Gardens, Sunset Hill and Arnour Fields. Residents of these areas are treated to a high quality of life and an enjoyable atmosphere.

Saints Michael and Theresa Youth Ministry of the combined parishes: Saint Theresa’s in Kenilworth, NJ and Saint Michael’s in Cranford, NJ has been the epitome of good and positive in my life. The program itself along with all who have gone through it, have taught me how much difference one person can bring into the world, and how much stronger that difference can be with a team of believers.

I have gained a lot of Skill throughout my time in the Minecraft community. I've learned a lot and I've been taught a lot from various people in the community.

Family, Friends, Faith, and Philanthropy are words commonly used to describe Matt Brinson. Born and raised in Millen, Matt is a well-recognized face throughout the rural town due to his high level of community involvement. The Jenkins County Chamber of Commerce has taken notice of his charitable acts, naming him Citizen of the Year in 2014.

I was always the kid in my family that enjoyed philosophical debate, and now with my recent love for African-American culture and history, I feel that the Telluride Association Sophomore Seminar would be just up my alley. Sitting in a room with a handful of other African-American high schoolers that have the same fire for learning and discussion as I would be wonderful, and possibly would foster a plethora of great new friendships. The workshops lead by the adult professionals would also serve as a good networking opportunity as well as the chance to understand what career opportunities would possibly available to me. I am a young intelligent poor African-American that has Haitian heritage living in Orlando, attending a predominately caucasian school on a magnet.

I would be honored to be a part of the 1794 Living Learning Community because surrounding myself with people who have similar goals as I do will positively influence my first year of college. Establishing myself in a program that is as passionate about volunteering and making the world a better place as I am will help me build friendships with other students on campus. Being in an environment with others who are dedicated to make a positive difference in the world is the best experience I could have for my first year of college. The 1794 Living Learning Community will engage me with other like-minded students who share a passion for serving others as well as self growth. Having a community to be actively involved in will greatly better my freshman year at The University of Tennessee.

I can give to the Howard University community through excellence, leadership, truth and service by getting involved within the community. From what I know there are many opportunities Howard provides to get involved in student life. It’s important to me to connect and take pride in my school. Excellence is the goal. While being in the community I will constantly remind myself that I am there to have fun but ultimately to make something of myself and strive for success in my academics. If I strive in my academics, I know that I will strive in life. Leadership will help me put myself out there. It will help me get involve and take charge. The Udall S.U.N Club is an amazing organization that focuses on the community’s needs. Every first Saturday of every month they meet in a local spot in our town and cook a community breakfast for the whole town. This organization is a non-profit organization because every penny they make goes into the groceries they get once a month to feed the community. Their mission statement includes “serving Udall’s needs” and that is exactly what they do each month. I have had an amazing opportunity to be able to provide my services to this amazing organization for the past few months and it has been an eye-opener to see how these people dedicate their time and hard work to see a smile on someone else’s face. I have learned so much through this organization.

I will begin by saying that I have represented private development interests in Aspen and nearby. So, I have some understanding of your community’s development process. However, I do not consider myself pro-development or anti-development, but rather, I believe strongly that change is reasonable and appropriate when it aligns with core community values.

Community involvement in the mediation of child protection cases, although not a new concept, is one that is not generally used in many jurisdictions. Not used to determine if abuse has occurred, which is the duty of other state officials, CP (child protection) mediators are a third party brought in to promote communication between all parties within the case. Mediator used on CP cases must ensure that the interests of the child are of the priority of all involved, parents, caseworkers, and community members.

Next up, the research question, a well-formulated research question needs extreme specificity and preciseness which guides the implementation of the project keeping in mind the identification of variables and population of interest (Aslam, 2010). The primary focus of the research question, is ways to help increase membership, however, there are numerous things to take into consideration. A few research questions I would suggest asking is: How long does the membership process take at the NCR Country Club? How does NCR Country Club compare to other privately owned country club’s in the area? What factors should be considered when trying to increase club membership? By answering these questions, it should help management with figuring out ways

I wouldn’t really say my community as a whole has an impact on me as a person but people in around me have had a huge impact on me for who I am today. The people who have the biggest impact on me is defiantly my family and friends, I have done so many things with them that made me the person who I am today.
