Sometimes, things can be rough. In this fantastic book by S.E. Hinton- The Outsiders, the story starts off with a boy named Ponyboy. WHen his brother gets mad at him, he runs away, expecting to return the next morning. That is all turned upside down when his friend Johnny kills a boy. They run away to Windrixville together. Then, on their way back, they spot a burning church and run inside and save the children trapped in the back. Johnny is seriously injured by a piece of burning wood. Throughout the next chapters, the boys are preparing for the big fight against an enemy gang, the Socs. After the fight, which they win, Pony and his buddy Dallas WInston go and see JOhnny in the hospital one last time before he died. Dallas, who is overrun

The murder of Bob Shelton occurred because earlier that night Johnny Cade and his friends had been flirting with Bob’s and the Socs’ girlfriends. Bob and four of his friends confronted Johnny Cade and Ponyboy Curtis early the next morning around 2:00 am at a park fountain. David, one of the Socs, began to drown Ponyboy Curtis in the fountain. Johnny Cade lost all sanity and knifed Bob Shelton, who was doing no harm to Cade or Curtis, in order to stop David from drowning Ponyboy Curtis. Johnny is not justified in what he did and is guilty because he carried a switchblade with intent to kill whoever jumped him, killed a person who was not attacking his friend, and lastly, fled the scene of the crime with his friend.

Johnny Cade, the boy who saved a lot of kids from the burning church died in the year of 1965.  He was only 16 years old, and he was born March 1, 1949.  He saved at least four to five kids in the burning church.  He died because he tried to save all the kids from the burning church but he got burnt trying to save all the kids.  A piece of the roof caught on fire and fell on his back, his back was really burnt.

Johnny sacrificed his life to save the children from the burning building. Ponyboy risked his life to save the children from the burning building. Johnny feels remorse for killing Bob and decides to go back and turn himself in.

I landed hard on the asphalt, I probably bruised my ass, as if I didn’t have enough from Yaqui beating me up. I stood up. Where was I? Was I still asleep? I pinched myself, no I was definitely awake. I looked around, I was in a parking lot. There was nobody around, wait! There were some people I ran over hoping that they knew where the heck I was. I stopped short these were boys about my age maybe a bit older and they looked like they were in a fight. The fight seemed unfair because it was four against two, I wanted to help, but I didn’t know what I could do. Sunshine was pouring out from in between the buildings, casting shadows all around Ponyboy and the gang as they walked to Pony’s school. They were taking their time walking down the streets and for the first time they all were really seeing what was all around them. Memories were surfacing in their minds showing them what it all meant to them. With every step they took on the sidewalk they remembered a different memory as if they were walking down memory lane. Ponyboy didn’t think it was possible for him to be walking down this street for the last time as a high school student, but he had gone through the years with great grades that earned him many scholarships.

The story “Let the Circle be unbroken” starts with the Logan children, and Mr. Logan or Papa riding in a wagon to go to Mrs. Lee Annie Lees to go check on a sick mule. On their way there Cassie thinks she sees Wordell go into the woods. When they got to Mrs. Lee Annie Lees Mr. Logan left Logan kids in front of her place, as he go attends to the sick Mule. While Mr. Logan was gone the Logan kids talked to Son-Boy, Lee Ellis, and Waynard, and Little Willie, who were waiting for Clarice. The children started talking about TJ Avery who was their friend, that got caught up into some trouble with the Simm’s kids. They said that TJ killed Mr. Barnett, but in all actuality The Simm’s kids did. TJ is currently In Jail. While they were in the

The boys were returning from lunch out when they saw that the church was aflame. They went to talk to a school teacher and he explained that they were having a school picnic when they saw the church. Everyone around heard screaming inside so Ponyboy and Johnny gallantly ran inside to save whoever it was. They found where the screaming came from and threw the unharmed kids out of the window, but got into some trouble themselves. Ponyboy made it out with a concussion and a couple burns. Johnny, however, had a burning timber fall on his back, paralyzing him and many 3rd-degree burns which unfortunately killed him. He died a hero,

This injury lead to Johnny’s death in the hospital, days later. Since Ponyboy had also gone into the burning church with Johnny, he had many burns, cuts, and bruises, but nothing near as bad as what Johnny had suffered. Ponyboy was shocked when Johnny died. He was sad but he made himself believe that Johnny wasn’t

Ponyboy says, “ I'll get them, don´t worry!... I hadn´t realized Johnny had been right behind me all the way¨. (91 - 92). Because Johnny and Ponyboy knew that they must have caused the fire, the young boys decide to run in, like a knight running into battle, to risk their lives and save the little kids from being harmed. Sadly, not everyone made it out safely. The church caved in before Johnny could escape.

When the three of them get back to the church they realize there’s a fire and a group of kids are trapped in the inside. Without a hesitation Johnny and Ponyboy enter to the church to save the trapped kids and are able to save them but the church collapses, Dally runs to save Ponyboy and Johnny but can’t really help Johnny so he breaks his back and is taken to the hospital, but after some days he dies. With Johnny’s death everyone in the gang gets really sad but no one ever expected Dallas Winston, the toughest of them all to be so affected by it. At the end Dallas cannot handle the loss so he makes a plan to kill himself without him really doing it; he robs a shop so the police would chase him, calls the greasers to go to the parking lot so they could help him but at the parking lot he gets out of his car and takes out his unloaded gun, since the police didn’t know the gun was unloaded they shot him and he dies, in front of the gang.

Curtis is locally known as a hero here in Tulsa, Oklahoma, along with Johnny Cade, 16, who recently passed, due to spinal injuries. Both Ponyboy and Johnny risked their lives to save 6 children from a burning church unharmed. Unfortunately Johnny Cade received a terrible burn on his backside resulting in permanent spinal damage and recently died of injuries.

A hand crashed through the glass on the side of Caesar's body. The thing was reaching for her. She aimed the gun at the thing and squeezed the trigger. The thing didn't flinch, but grabbed her wrist and took a deep bite. She squeezed the trigger several more times and all the bullets hit the thing. It collapsed to the ground. Eva's heart exploded exploded in her chest. She kicked the door open and looked at the thing on the ground. Was it the Jersey Devil everybody in these parts are talking about. No, the Jersey Devil wasn't real or was it? No, it was just a strange tale that parent's tole their kids to make them stay out of the woods.She gulped in air and kneel down beside the creature. This was no Jersey Devil.

It was a peacedul day the sky was blue, the sun was shining, but by the ocean lay three huge mountains, and the tallest one Mr. Mountain had to sneeze. When Mr. Mountain sneezes it's not a nice cute little sneeze it's a gigantic and loud sneeze, it's such an obnoxious sneeze that he actually blew his top off!!! When Mr. Mountain blew his top off all those sediments from his top cemented together and formed Little Rocky Jr. Over time Rocky started not feeling well, he was started to fall apart ( haha get it because he's a sedimentary rock and the sediments fall off... bad joke I know), so he decided to go find the Magical Cave of Wonders. While he was walking, Rocky stumbled upon a magical unicorn named Felipe that said that he would help Rocky
