Creative Writing: Swoosh Jordan Michael Jr.

The story begins when one night Calvin finds a worn pair of Michael Jordan's old shoes, with the initials MJ inside them. When he puts the shoes on he gains the ability to play basketball like an NBA star, maybe better than Michael Jordan. One night the orphanage was outside the Staples Centre, selling chocolates. After the basketball game that was going on inside, Calvin “the boy who found the shoes”, asked the coach of the knights, Coach Wagner, if he wanted to buy some chocolate. Wagner brought some chocolates and gave Calvin tickets to the next game. When Calvin and his friends from the orphanage went to the game, there was a half time show,and the person who was sitting in the seat that they were sitting in got to play 1 on 1 with the best player of the knights. Tracy Reynolds. Calvin's seat got called out, so he laces up the shoes that he found and runs down to the court. he smashes Tracy in the one on one. After the game Coach Wagner asks him if he wants to play for his team, Calvin says yes. The first game he plays they win, overcoming the knights losing streak, Calvin goes on to win many games to come and takes Tracy's starting

That look. All I can think of is that look in Johnny’s eyes. He wasn't suppose to die, the rest of the gang could die at the same time but Johnny just can’t die. He was supposed to stay out of trouble, get away from his godforsaken parents, leave this place. He was supposed to be better than all of us.

Sunshine was pouring out from in between the buildings, casting shadows all around Ponyboy and the gang as they walked to Pony’s school. They were taking their time walking down the streets and for the first time they all were really seeing what was all around them. Memories were surfacing in their minds showing them what it all meant to them. With every step they took on the sidewalk they remembered a different memory as if they were walking down memory lane. Ponyboy didn’t think it was possible for him to be walking down this street for the last time as a high school student, but he had gone through the years with great grades that earned him many scholarships.

The room is loud and boisterous; the other team is ahead by a point, and the home team has ten seconds on the clock. The pressure is on the home team on making the basket. As the time outs are depleted the home team happens to have the opportunity to drive takingadvantage, one of the boys drives into the lane making the final shot. A piercing screech makes the crowd go silent there lays the all-star player. Nobody dares make a soundthe thumping sounds come from the footsteps nearing the injured teen. A middle-aged brown hair lady comes to the scene, asking the former basketball star what happened and where the pain is coming from. Scanning the player’s leg and seeing the swollen ankle she comes to the conclusion that it is a sprained ankle,

Back in the main level of the factory, Wolf and Fox find Hawk lying on the ground, pale and unresponsive, his bulletproof vest next to him and the edges of a red stain showing around a wad of gauze. A soldier that Fox assumes is N-Unit's medic kneels next to him, along with Snake and Coyote. The three medics are talking frantically among themselves. The rest of N-Unit hovers nervously nearby; the rest of H-Unit is nowhere to be seen. Dust particles dance through the beams of sunlight from the holes where windows used to be, giving the whole scene a strangely dreamy air.

Then he felt his shoes lift off the floor and then the rest of his body came off of his gamer bean bag. At first he was scared and then he was excited. He saw Lebron James practicing basketball across the street. He decided to go show him up across the street.

High school basketball superstars Danny Wilcox and Terrell Jamerson are going to a summer camp to play basketball, when they first get there no one notices Danny but then he starts to improve his playing style. Then Terrell gets mixed in with a bad reporter and gets Terrell "lit". Danny knows from the time he sees Terrell's eyes and he tries to get him eye drops before anyone sees him and that’s just when Danny's father walks in and he knew too. Danny and Terrell get benched for a game and of course they loose that game. Then when they come back they win almost every game and make it to the championship round and

You could feel the riot before you could see it. There was something else in the crisp early morning New York air, a certain electricity. A certain static that could only have been brought about by the winds of change. Even at three am the city is usually alive, but in these early Saturday morning hours Christopher Street was more alive than usual. However, it wasn't the normal flamboyant energy it had come to been known for. It was an angry energy, one that's only capable of being created by an oppressed group fed up with the constant mistreatment they've too long endured.

Then I got to the seats I turned my head to look at the field and it look a lot more greener than on TV. The home team was practicing on the field ready to beat the Washington Nationals.

So, he went to the shoe store and he say some cool shoes. ( in his mind.) The he went back to playing basketball and everybody look at his shoes.

“What happened?” questioned Shaq. “The last thing I remember is the janitor guy pulling me behind the curtain and knocking me out. This place looks familiar?” pointed out Shaq.

Good. I touch the icon and drag it. Oh, it’s following my finger’s movement. Alright, let’s see… I drag it to the slot that indicates my right hand. Immediately, the bokutõ shows up on my hand with a quick white light.
