Creative Writing: The Mcalister

It was late Christmas night and the McAlister’s were mourning their daughter as they do ever single year. It has been 15 years since their daughter was kidnapped on Christmas, but something was going to change.

There was a knock at the door. The McAlister’s not knowing that their daughter, who is now seven-teen and behind a police officer, will be delivering the greatest present that they will ever get. Janet opens the door to the officer and asks, “What do you need officer?” The officer explains who he has found and says,

“We have found your daughter.” Janet is so happy and is crying from joy. The officer steps out of the way and as Janet sees her baby she hugs her, but Bethany backs away slowly. As they walk in and Janet yells to joe that their daughter is finally here. He runs down …show more content…

Every Christmas we would mourn because we didn’t know if you were alive.” “I just can’t take this any more trying to satisfy you and your needs.
