It's the last day of 5th grade. Today we’ll find out who our new teacher would be next year, and then it happened! Our teacher handed out our report cards and supply list and right on the bottom in big, bold letters, said the name. It was our 6th grade teacher, Mr. Persampire.
I never thought the day would come where I’d have to admit to myself I had an addiction. The hardest part was to except the fact I was an addict of painkillers and admitting it to my family so that I could get the help and support needed to get clean. The road leading to my addiction started with the factors of my childhood, always trying to fit in and not being supported emotionally from my parents. Having a child at the age of sixteen was the second factor, which made me grow up faster than a normal child at my age would have had to. Living the life of an addict was a struggle everyday but, getting help was the hardest part of it all. I’ll live with this disease for the rest of my life because recovery is a
As I sit on the floor of my bedroom, I prepare myself for a life changing week. My dark black suitcase is right next to me. I have my packing list in one hand and a red pen in the other. I cross out the items that I already have. I make sure that I have everything I need for a week at summer camp. Every summer since 5th grade, I have gone to Skyview Ranch in Millersburg, Ohio. It is a week of laughing until my stomach hurts and powerful words that change my mind forever.

Jan 19, 2017. In an effort to resolve an unrelated matter, my counselor and assistant principal reached out to me, wanting to know the reason for my abscesses. The school interpreted my allegation that my teachers were not willing to work with me, as lambasting against the McNeil High School.
The Junior Civitans Club is a community service organization that I have been a member of throughout my high school career. I participated in three Relay for Life walks for life, and helped to raise hundreds of dollars for the Relay for Life cancer research campaign. In my Sophomore and Junior years, I was elected to be on the Leadership committee as a Representative and later a Secretary. This year, I was elected President of the club and preside over all meetings and service projects. The Greenwood High School chapter of Junior Civitans “adopted” a girl’s cottage at the Connie Maxwell Children’s Home this school year. The Connie Maxwell Children’s home provides residential children’s ministry to abused, abandoned, and neglected children.
At Phillips Summer Camp this summer, our Boy Scout Troop 24 were very disappointed in the camps food. Day after day the food would be bad or there would not be enough for all of us. One night for dinner we had a meatball sub and they told us it was going to be like Sub Way well it was nothing like it, and our Junior Assistant Scoutmaster became enraged how bad the food was. He wanted to talk…
Welcome to Castle High School! A place designed not only to learn from but mainly a daycare for others that attend our prestigious institution. Our hours of operation make sure that kids arrive at school exhausted and physically deprived, and when they come back home, we make sure they stay in the same emotional and physical state. During school, the inactive minds of these bundles of joy are sure to receive the best of sophisticated information from our teachers.
On August 3rd, the doors opened back up at the school to invite students new and old back into the school. Summer Vacation is now finished and we are back to the books, leaning new things every day.

Taking my chicken wings and Pepsi, I carefully made my way down the stairs to the basement, where the rest of my family was.

Since Spring Break is right around the corner, I am in the process of trying to set up a meeting for our group this week or during the beginning of next week. This meeting will be mandatory, so that everyone can receive the details of the trip and get to meet each other. I was wondering what times people are available?
I found much value in this week’s narrative writing assignment. Through text reading and the additional provisional resources, I acquired many tools that will be useful in my writing going forth. As a result, I can readily see the benefits of utilizing the tools provided in the lessons.
