I notified dispatch that Officer Albert and I were out at the RSC. I parked our patrol car on the north side of the RSC and entered the north door. I heard Officer Smith on the radio say he was out with the subject near the Credit Union. I observed from across the RSC Officer J. Smith and Officer R. Faison standing next to a black male all the way by the Book Store. As I walked closer, I could see the black male with both of his hands up in the air and he was getting down on both of his knees. When I got to the Credit Union, I saw a set of crutches and a black bag laying on the floor. I told Officer Albert to stay here with these items as I continued to go behind the black male. Upon arrival, Officer Wheeler activated his (BWC1) body worn camera which was later uploaded to evidence.com. As our patrol vehicle pulled up to St. Luke’s emergency room entrance, I viewed a male later identified as (RV1) Devinelle Lavaughn Broussard with a cellphone in his hand attempting to prevent a female, later identified as (B1) Eleasia Ashanti Fraise, from throwing a (EVD1) red brick. I next saw Fraise throw the brick at a parked (D1) silver BMW, located along the south side walk. The brick fell to the ground and Fraise went to picked it back up. Fraise picked the brick up and moved in the direction of our patrol vehicle with the brick at shoulder height. I parked the patrol vehicle and immediately got out drawing my firearm to a low ready. Officer Broussard stepped out of the vehicle and drew firearm pointing it at Fraise (View Officer Wheeler’s statement for further details). On 10/30/2016 at 0251 hours Ptlm. David Stamets and I were dispatched to the unit block of S. White St. for multiple males in the road fighting. We arrived on scene and I observed three males walking toward Main St. I instructed the males to stop, but they did not comply with my request. The males looked back and continued to walk away. I again gave verbal commands for them to stop, two of the three males stopped, while one continued to walk away. I walked to the two males who stopped while Stamets proceeded in the patrol car to make contact with the third male, who he caught up to.
On October 26, 2017 at approximately 2:54pm, I, Officer Kyeishia Evans, with the Ville Platte Police Department, was dispatched to the Slap Ya Momma parking lot, in reference to juveniles fighting on Bus # VP14. Upon arrival I was advised by Chief Neal Lartigue, with the Ville Platte Police Department, that there were two black juvenile males fighting on his bus and that he had paramedics with Acadian Ambulance enroute to our location to give juvenile # 2 medical attention. I advised juvenile #1 to step off the bus; which he complied. I conducted a pat search on the juvenile for weapons, placed handcuffs on his wrists, and put him in the back seat of my marked Ville Platte Police Department vehicle. On August 23, 2014 Sgt. Lavelle was assigned to the 83 Precinct. She was present for duty at 0800 hours as the domestic violence Sergeant and she conducted several home visits. At 1450 hours she was post changed to the 83rd Precinct desk and she assumed the duties of the 83 desk office. Sgt. Lavelle remained as the Desk Sergeant for the entire tour. On Sunday November 24, 2016 at approximately 16:02 hrs. Officer L Wilkerson and I Ofc. R. Holcomb were dispatched by dispatcher B Coleman to 304 Hopkins Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with Ms. Shawntavia Lucky (complainant) who stated that her son Mr. Jousha Lucky (victim) got into a physical altercation with two black males.
There are two Ps (Vance Williams and Rick Williams); they are brothers. P alleges that they were walking on the sidewalk with a friend, Davon Carr (non-party) when undercover officers stopped them. Ps allege that MOS questioned them about guns. P Rick Williams alleges that MOS Ashby grabbed him and slammed him to the ground. P Vance Williams states that MOS was punched him in the neck causing him to have an epileptic seizure. P Vance Williams alleges that MOS maced him. Ps allege they were taken to the 67th precinct. P Vance Williams alleges that at the precinct his request for medical attention was delayed. MOS Ashby states that he observed Ps Rick Williams and Vance Williams with open containers. MOS stopped Ps and Mr. Carr then P Rick Williams
On 1/9/2016 at approximately 2345 hours I, Officer Nelson #3912, responded to 1350 Hickory St. (Holmes Regional Medical Center) in reference to a fight that had just occurred.
While enroute I learned Trooper Dingman was out a 30 Marie Ave investigating. I arrived and found Trooper Dingman speaking with a male & female inside of apt. #1. Trooper Dingman briefed me there was an altercation between Linda Showalter, Jessica Goose, Eli Raisch, & Valerie Hartmann. Trooper Dingman stated there was a call for service about 46 hrs. ago where Valerie reported a family member of Jessica’s was inside Valerie’s cleaning when she was accused of stealing pain medication. Valerie & Linda then confronted Jessica & Eli about it, and an argument ensured.
Officer Villalpando received information on a possible runaway/missing/abducted child at 12:52 hrs. He contacted his supervisor Sgt. Taylor. No action was taken at that
On the afternoon of November 14, 2015 at approximately 5:07 P.M. Deputy Singleton responded to a domestic disturbance call at 4547 Old Salkahatchie Hwy in Early Branch SC. When I Deputy Singleton arrived on scene I interviewed Sheree Washington who stated that after Deputy Ayer had left the scene from the previous call that her boyfriend Christopher Williams who resides at the residence said "bitch I should kill" you then proceeded outside, and retreived a light with a piece of pipe attached to it, and then struck her in the chest. At this time Washington called dispatch, and asked for a Deputy to come back out to her residence. Upon arrival, Officer Jimenez made contact with Gerald Hendricks (W/M-DOB11/19/1981). Hendricks was standing outside the residence. Upon contact, Officer Jimenez could smell a strong odor of alcoholic coming from Hendricks breath. Hendricks told Officer Jimenez that he got into a physical altercation with his wife Amber Anderson (W/F-DOB02/12/1982). Hendricks stated that his wife was inside the residence. On January 10, 2017, I, Officer LESSANE, with the city of Beaufort Police Department, responded to 1030 Ribaut Road #6, in the city limits of Beaufort, to conduct a follow up on a previously reported domestic (17B01907). Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim SOFIA CHAVEZ and confirmed the offender VICTOR MANUEL CRUZ-ANAYA information. While at the victim residence, I took updated photos of her injuries. She also provided me with a photo of the offender. After clearing from the victim residence, I relocated to the offender job in an attempt to make contact with him. Negative contact was made, no further actions were taken.
On Wednesday, March 2th, 2016 at approximately 2024hours while driving a marked Midland Police vehicle and wearing a standard MPD issued uniform Officer Beltran and Officer Jimenez were dispatched to 509 S. Clay st in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival Officers made contact with a subject who was later identified as Jazmine Nicole Hyder(B/F/-DOB04/30/1994). Hyder, who was standing outside the residence located in the 503 block of South Clay told Officers that she was being chased by a subject with a gun, who was later identified as Khalid Mcmaryion(B/M-DOB03/20/1996). Hyder told Officers that Mcmaryion was inside his house located in 509 South Clay byhimself.
