Crisis Action In Sonny's Blues

1. In “Sonny’s Blues” the main character is Sonny’s older brother and his wants were to make sure his brother lived the best life he could and he wanted to be able to truly understand Sonny. What was standing in Sonny’s brothers way was that he had an idea of how Sonny “should” be living his life but never once tried to understand or really listen to Sonny’s music.

2. I think the “crisis action” in the story was when Fekadu was talking about the work he had done for Haile Selassie, specifically when he said “Ask me what you really want to ask me, William. You want to know if I was a killer, no?”. You can feel the tension in that cab as if you are actually there. I think this was the crisis action because once Fekadu explains what happened
