It can also approve that the strategy is correct to use Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as the theoretical fundamental to motivate their workers that the numbers of their employees has always raised to 164,336. I thought this video on UP was very cool. I have took a basic introduction to Psychology course already so I had an understanding of the Hierarchy of Needs, but this video gave me a good refresher. At first I didn’t think a video on UP would show the Hierarchy of Needs very well, but they actually did a pretty good job. I also liked how they illustrated examples like the shelter need when Russell was outside the house in the sky and needed “shelter”. I thought it was great how they fit everything from the bottom to the top of the pyramid into the video. Overall the video was great and since I am a Psychology major this was a great refresher.
