III. PRODUK-PRODUK CROCS Gambar 1.Gambar clogs dari Crocs Desain awal Crocs terinspirasi oleh sepatu clog dengan lubang ventilasi dan warna cerahnya. Kunci utama dari produk Crocs adalah bahan dasarnya, yaitu Croslite. Bahan ini dapat menyesuaiakan dengan bentuk kaki penggunanya sehingga memberikan rasa nyaman. Selain itu bahan ini juga ringan, anti slip, anti bau, dan dapat dicuci. Seiring dengan perkembangannya di pasar, Crocs Inc. terus melakukan improvisasi design. Di tahun 2007, Crocs telah memiliki 31 model dari mulai sandal, boots anak-anak, hingga model sepatu yang didesain khusus untuk pengguna dengan profesi tertentu, seperti perawat. Gambar 2. Tampilan WebSite Crocs dengan berbagai macam produk yang ditawarkan IV. PROSES PRODUKSI CROCS Croslite terbuat dari campuran bahan-bahan kimia dengan harga yang relatif murah. Bahan-bahan kimia tersebut dibeli dalam bentuk “pellet” atau kapsul dari berbagai supplier seperti Dow Chemicals. Bahan-bahan kimia tersebut kemudian melalui proses pelarutan dan pencampuran yang disebut “compounding”, kemudian diwarnai sesuai kebutuhan dan kembali dibentuk menjadi kapsul. Kapsul yang telah melalui proses compounding tersebut siap untuk dicetak dan dirakit menjadi produk Crocs. With revenue from Crocs shoe sales reaching to $680 million in 2007, it is clear that the company has developed a successful strategy. Not all of the success can be contributed to the design of the product. Although their products were in high demand, there are more underlying factors that have paved the way for Crocs to be competitive in the shoe market. Crocs’ supply chain design and use of vertical integration revolutionized speed and quality of order fulfillment.
Exporting has become a very important business strategy nowadays. In order for firms to expand to the international market, and also to maintain and grow their share of market in whatever industry they are in, depending on their goals and objectives, any company must at least explore this possibility. A few and important advantages might come into place, in that they can extend their sales potential of their existing products, increasing margins through a larger customer base. Filem komersial yang sepatutnya memenuhi citarasa penonton menjadi sebuah filem yang menghampakan penonton . Mana tidaknya, sememangnya filem boleh mengaut keuntungan hasil daripada kutipan penonton tetapi nasib penonton ini dianiayai oleh helah-helah dan janji-janji istimewa orang-orang filem untuk mengatakan filem ini bagus tetapi sebaliknya semua orang sudah tahu dan ini seakan menguntungkan industri tetapi tergadainya maruah dan kehormatan kerana tiada kredibilti filem yang berkualiti. Hal inilah yang membuatkan industri filem negara tidak berkembang pesat.
