When people walk around the land of American, it is easy find a group people who look like Asian, however, they can not speak another language expect English and also they do not understand another culture. With the developing of globalization, lots of people move from the motherland to other countries to seek their new life. With this increasing trend, there is a new population, they have different characteristics with the original country's. The different understanding, it exists both countries, which shows particular and traditional culture. Both of countries, they use the different way to take care of children. This is a popular theme to compare between two countries, and it is hard to say which is better and weak because of influence under different culture. Rearing children, it connects peripheral environment closely, for example, in American, they prefer to free life, then they will give enough freedom for their children; contrarily,in Chinese, most of family would like traditional style, then they will follow the rule to take care of children. From the research, the first part is parental control which is important to affect rearing children. In the situation of China, most of parents spent lots of time with their children, even they ask schedule and plan for studying.
