I transferred to NC State from Wake Technical Community College and I received my Associate of Science there. My future goal is to become a health administrator in a hospital for a couple of years. Then I want to go internationally and help foreign countries by changing their healthcare system as a nonprofit. I Also, I am in the Culture-to-Culture Ambassador Program. I am a sister of Kappa Phi Lambda, which is an Asian-Interest sorority. I enjoyed volunteering at a diversity of organization and I hope my service can change at least one individual lives.
My short term career goals are: Graduate with the Associate of Science in nursing from Motlow in May 2018.
For my educational plans, I have a clear understanding and vision of where I want to go and who I have the desire to be. For now, I would like to graduate with my Associates in Arts degree in Nursing from Indian River State College. I believe Indian River State is an excellent place to begin my journey and recieve my education in order to better prepair myself for what is yet to come. After I recieve my Associates degree from Indian River, I plan to transfer to the University of South Florida in order to extend my education and potentially recieve my Bachelors and Masters of Science degree in Nursing.
I plan to attend California State University, Long Beach this fall and hope to get my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Volunteering in my community throughout high school has allowed me to meet and help many different people and made me realize how important it is to give back to my community. This has inspired me to continue my education and to open my very own medical clinic

My academic plans are to major in pre-occupational therapy and minor in biology. After graduating, I plan to obtain a license in occupational therapy. I do not plan on leaving my home state. Eventually, I would be honored to contribute to the community that shaped me as a person.
Upon graduating from North Pike High School in the year 2022, I plan to attend Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama to persuade a career as a computer information research scientist. I plan to continue my educational tenure and acquire my PH.D as a computer engineer.
With me being able to gain the working experience after graduating, there were also times at NCSU where there were academic opportunities waiting for me to take. Those consisted of becoming an undergraduate teaching assistant and be able to do independent research both in the field of water quality.
