Cumberland Island Vs. Congaree Island

Key West is many people's paradise. It has dazzling waters, beautiful beaches, and a wonderful climate. This tiny island is located off the southernmost part of Florida is the only true tropical island in the United States. Thousands of people from all over the world come to Key West every year for the relaxing lifestyle and rich culture. As well as being rich in culture it is rich in history too. Key West has also been the home to many great authors and artists and is known for having a very diverse population.

They followed individual trails that all started from a singular place, England. There were different regions in North America: The New England Colonies and Chesapeake Colonies.

In 1607, the Virginia Company commissioned the first English settlement called Jamestown. Plymouth was the first New England colony founded in 1620. Due to the motivated purposes of colonization, it altered the way each region developed. The Chesapeake colony was created primarily to get rich while the New England colony was established for religious purpose. Although the Chesapeake and New England colonies were settled around the same time, by the 1700s, they were developed into two distinct societies.

I went to Dry Tortugas National Park this summer. It's the farthest Florida Key and is at least a 70-mile boat or plane trip. This year is the park's 100th anniversary and I was so excited, and scared, to go. It was established because once Ponce de León caught around 160 turtles there. Also, what makes this park unique is that 99% of it is under water and since the water is so shallow there are many shipwrecks. I love fish and all but seaweed, on the other hand, is one of my biggest fears.

The European colonization of the Americas took place during the late sixteenth century and early seventeenth century. England approached the colonization by sending out groups. The groups were headed to the eastern cost of North America, and they all shared the same purpose. Those two hundred thousand men and women went to the Americas to establish colonies that were agriculturally sustainable. “England sent large numbers of men and women to establish agriculturally based colonies on the mainland.”

Two European nations stumbled upon and colonized the Americas in the 16th-17th century. England sent out many groups to the East coast of North America in order to get their hands on two particular provinces. These two provinces were labeled as the New England and the Chesapeake. Although both nations would unite as one in the 1700’s, they were profoundly different and both provinces possessed qualities unlike the other from dawn. Also, the Chesapeake and New England founding fathers didn’t share the same intentions when they arrived at the New Old, which lead to many distinctions between the political, economic and social aspect of the two colonies.

The colonies in the New World appeared completely different and the prospect of any unity between them seemed impossible. The colonies in New England and the Chesapeake exemplify the many differences in the culture and lifestyles of the settlers, created mainly because of the fact that their founding fathers had held separate intentions when they came to the New World.

The island of Maui hosts the Maui Ocean Center, which is the largest tropical aquarium in the United States. Maui is also a good place to windsurf and has tons of different waterfalls. The resort area of Ka'anapali is located on the western coast of Maui and is home to the island's best golf courses. This is where you will find the large high-rise resorts. They have plenty of pools for the kids to swim in. The beach here, however, is not quite as kid friendly as Waikiki Beach. The rip currents can be strong and Maui is much windier that Honolulu. The calmer beach at Kihei might be a little more kid

One of the most beautiful stretch of beaches on the East coast of Florida; Hutchinson Island is an island off the coast of the Treasure Coast. It is home to 48.1 square miles and also beautiful, tropical weather year round. It has many other interesting festivities such as the Elliot Museum, Sailfish Point, and many royal golf courses. The bold actions of James Hutchinson were a major influence to the growth of the island and it might not be the same without him!

All necessary rest rooms and shower facilities are in place, and white sand beaches are clearly the big draw (do watch for the occasional rock in the sand). On the southeast side of Honeymoon Island, leashed dogs are permitted. Boats typically loll and anchor on the north side.

Achill Island is prety helpful if you just want to relax of chill just waching the sea looking at moutains and a lot of nature

The ocean in South Carolina is an amazing site. You see boats,people,fishing,swimming,children playing. If you like any of those i suggest moving there. One day my dad caught a 75 pound stingray.

Did you know that the Big Island is home to some of the largest telescopes in the world? Some of the largest telescopes stand here, and these telescopes are an example of something that will not be found anywhere on O’ahu. When visiting the Big Island, there is also an astronomy center named ‘Imiloa and we learned that the Big Island is home to the tallest mountain if measured from the ocean floor, Mauna Kea. Until I visited the Big Island, I wasn’t aware that there are so many distinct differences between the Big Island and the island of O’ahu.

Out of all the places in the world to visit, one might consider the Outer Banks of North Carolina with the vast grassy nature preserves to the warm sand between your fingers and toes. A good place to be with me would be a week at the beach, a place of healing and relaxation. On the beach, you can live in bliss. There are many beaches all over the world that people enjoy going to for different reasons; however, the Outer Banks of North Carolina has vibrant beaches where people can enjoy their vacations at any time of day.

Imagine going on spring break and going to the beach and anything else you want to do but with no crowds of people trying to do the same thing your doing. This is exactly what Jekyll Island is. The Island is in southern georgia only about thirty minutes from Florida. There are many things to do on Jekyll for everybody whether you like to go to the beach, go bike riding, or go golfing there, there is something for everybody to do there but without the crowd. I have been there twice now and I can say I will be going back.
