Teenagers have a lot on their plates including: school, looking for jobs, or having a job, relationships, and sports. Teenagers would need to arrive home by 10 P.M. This shouldn't interfere with young peoples lives because they shouldn't be out that late anyways. Now if a teenager has a job they would need to get off of work by at least 9:30 P.M.
