The organization that I will be using to create an ethical organization profile will be Kudler Fine Foods. Kuddler provides the finest wines and food in three different locations also offers many delicious and different ingredients from around the world, a bakery, meat & seafood, produce, cheese & dairy and wine. Kathy Kudler is the creator of the gourmet food shop; her vision was much more than opening a simple food shop. The company offers organic and non organic varieties, considering the budget from each customer. “If you don’t see it, let us know and we will special order the item for you!” (2007, Apollo)
Cheese and Dairy
The store carries a complete line of the finest dairy product including Irish butter and organic milk. Also the store is recognized for the wide assortment of gourmet cheeses: they carry over 250 varieties of cheese from 21 countries, cheeses made from cow, goat and sheep’s milk. Special orders for any cheese requested. The store provides samples of cheese every Saturday in the mornings and complimentary wine for that week.
Wine
The store provides to the public an extensive collection of domestic and imported wines and spirits; it is perfect for any occasion not to mention that varies in prices that will meet any budget. The stores have a Wine Steward who will be more than happy to assist the client in making your selection. They also hold monthly wine appreciation classes so you can learn the nuances of our wines. Also stop at any of the locations early in the Saturday and have a free sample for their wine of the week.

Some problems that identify within the food business are that the owner scarcely interacts with the customers.
