Then Yelp rapid grow up and become a famous worldwide enterprise as well as the largest local online reviews site of the American. Yelp mainly provides online services through Yelp.com and the Yelp mobile app. All Yelp users are not only customers but also reviewers. As a customer, you can search for a restaurant or hotel in Yelp, and you can see the location as well as a brief description provided by the users, who will be given the number of reviews star rating, usually those who are personally experienced consumer reviews of the merchant services.Besides local search, users can also use Yelp to find reservations and choose order pickup or delivery. As a reviewer, you can also give business in scoring Yelp site, submit comments for the business and exchange shopping experience with other customers. Searching for doctors on Yelp can be helpful. You can read reviews, look at doctor’s pictures and view the inside of their office. It seems great until it’s time to make an appointment. Searching for “ mental health counselor” on Yelp brings you to pages of counselors but no appointment slots, only phone numbers. So people who work late night shifts or off hours would never be able to make an appointment. Another thing that’s not shown? Prices. It never ends well for the doctor or the patient when payments are not clear.

My most favorite of all time restaurants to dine at is The Cheesecake Factory. This restaurant is a famous corporate chain of restaurants that offers a widespread variety of all types of American dishes and of course specializes in the most amazing variety of the best tasting cheesecakes. I love the experience of dining at the Cheesecake factory because the atmosphere is so welcoming and the artwork on the ceilings make you feel very lavish, the food is great and the service is excellent. A particular visit last month proved to me that Cheesecake factory lives up to the expectations of its guests.

Section 1 – Understand the factors that affect an organisation and the customer service role
Customer service can be taught anyone to a certain point. That being, interacting with the customer for their immediate benefit or encompassing positive language in their conversation with the customer. However, there are some who just don’t have the ability to interact with customers. Whether it be a personality trait, inability to interact with people, or they just don’t want too. The best way to start teaching good customer service skills is with management. Management must first develop a positive work environment in where they treat their employees. An environment where employees are treated badly fosters an avenue for them to treat customers the same way. As I stated, nearly everyone can learn basic skills along with exceptional customer service skills as well with extended training. But there is a certain percentage of people who have the knack for truly exceptional customer service skills, usually inherited with one’s personality. Things that can’t be taught commitment and enthusiasm, you have to like who you work for and what you do. This can be faked, how you find out? The employee finds a slightly better paying job usually with no relationship that the employee was previously doing.
Social media also showed Clover where they were failing as well. Customer reviews told Clover where they were lacking and how they could improve. Study findings show that strong leadership systems focus on customers, motivate employees, and implement their customer service vision. They also focus great attention on gathering the information needed to track customer satisfaction, and employees overall performance. Customer service should be designed and delivered seamlessly from the customer's point of view. Customer-driven operations lead to success. Decentralized, uncoordinated customer service provision makes for a most frustrating experience for customers.

In an ideal situation, customers would not have to wait for the delivery of products and services. However, in the real world, organizations cannot always match exact capability and demand; therefore, waiting is frequently inevitable while purchasing, especially in service marketing, as service firms can barely inventory their “stock” for sale at a later date (Lovelock, 1992, p.154). In general, waiting in lines – known as “queuing”, happens when the number of customers arrive at a facility exceeds the capability of the system to serve them (Lovelock & Wirtz, 2011, p.260). Basically, this essay will state the relationship between queuing and customer satisfaction, as well as relationship between customer satisfaction and
