On 01/21/2018 at about 0750 hours, Officer Ramirez (P#2514) and I were dispatched to 1106 Cypress Falls in reference to a suspicious situation. Dispatched advised a PR saw the front door of 1106 Cypress Falls Ct has been left wide open since at about 2300 hours on 01/20/2018.
Upon our arrival, Officer Ramirez and I witnessed the front door to the residence had been forcibly opened and was left wide open. The door frame was broken off and the deadbolt lock was still engaged. Officer Ramirez and I cleared the residence and did not locate anyone still inside.The cabinets to the entertainment center as well as kitchen cabinets were left open and items appeared to have been taken. Cunningham stated that he was out of state and had not been at the residence for a few weeks. I then informed Cunnigham that his home had been burglarized. Cunningham stated he had three firearms an AR15, a shotgun, a 30 ought 6, that were to be located in the closet of the master bedroom. The firearms were not located and Cunningham was going to attempt to locate the serial number of the firearms.

On 04/26/2016, at approximately 2022 hours, this officer was requested to respond to 211 West Mount Vernon Street for a theft.
Upon arrival, Officer Jimenez made contact with the victim identified as Alfredo Rosas(H/M-DOB11/16/1969). Rosas advised Officer Jimenez that someone broke through his bedroom window without his consent and took several electronic items. Rosas also advised that someone took some jewelry items and some cash.
I spoke to Rob Bettinger who stated someone had broke into his home. Rob stated the only thing missing was a envelope with $700.00 dollars in a dresser in the master bedrooom. Rob stated nothing else in the home had been touched or messed with. Rob stated the suspect used something to force open the door from the garge into the home. I noticed the door was broken and the lock was in the floor of the home. I took photos of the damage to the door and place into evidence.
On June 7, 2016, officer T.Cramblett #1191 was working cruiser 9182D, Zone 1 DMW, wearing the uniform of the day. Around 11:38 A.M radio aired that a robbery had just occurred at 1910 S. Hulmac Ct. Apt D, and that the suspect was a male black wearing a black shirt, jeans and having a goatee. The victim stated that the male had fled westbound from her apartment towards the 3C market located on Tamarack Blvd. The victim also stated the male was accompanied by a white female. Officer Cramblett was on Tamarack Blvd. when the information was aired and started to circulate the area. Officer Cramblett pulled out of the 3C market and turned northbound onto Tamarck Blvd. where he observed Mr. Warner Cutler and a female white walking southbound
The police department did a follow up with the highly detailed tip they received. The defendants where watched closely and the officers did a follow up on the exact activities that they received from the anonymous tip. The officers gathered all the information they observed in doing the follow up, and received a warrant. The warrant allowed the officers to search the home and the defendant’s automobiles. The officer’s drug dogs found drugs, weapons and contraband in the defendants home and automobiles. Stated in the article, that the defendants made trips to Florida to bring back narcotics. Mader followed up on the tip and discovered that Lance had made a reservation to West Palm Beach. Lance was followed to the hotel, where he left with Sue in the family car back to Bloomingdale. The information that the officers gathered allowed them to provide evidence that the defendants where selling and bringing back drugs and with the tip, they were given a search warrant from the magistrate.
On 06/16/2018 at about 2345 hours, Officer Deltoro (P#2509) and I were dispatched to 4812 Crystal Sword Street in reference to a 911 disconnect. While en route North Las Vegas Dispatch advised a male and female could be heard in the background yelling.
I responded to Trojan Commons Apartment B1 in reference to a damage to property call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Courtney Doolittle. Doolittle stated that when she arrived at her residence this afternoon, she noticed the door had shoe prints on it. When Doolittle opened the door, I observed the foot prints located on the door and structure of the door had been damaged, as someone tried to gain entry. Myself and Doolittle walked through the apartment to see if anything was missing. Doolittle stated that nothing was missing at this time. Prior to leaving the scene I did check the vacant residence directly behind 1431 Holly Trail East per Nita Dobbs request. While checking the residence I did observe the back door leading to the deck to be open. I observed no signs of forced entry and it did not appear as if the residence had been burglarized. I
I responded to 410 South Brundidge Street in reference to a suspicious circumstance call. Upon arrival, I spoke with Michael Peacock. Peacock advised that he heard a loud "boom" and someone going through the residence. Peacock stated that he just thought it was one of his roommates. Peacock stated that someone started kicking his room door and he grabbed his knife and ran to the bathroom. While in the bathroom, Peacock called 9-1-1 and locked the door. Peacock couldn’t advise on anything missing at this time. There was a busted out window in the back of the unit. Photos were taken on my body cam.
On March 12, 2015 at approximately 0143 hours, I responded to C-Town Bicycle & Fitness Equipment, 1927 Highway 138 to investigate a burglary alarm. Upon my arrival, I noticed that the side glass window had been broken. Once other officers and the owner, Jane Hayward, arrived on scene, we proceeded to clear the building to determine if it was safe. No entry was made by the suspect and no items were taken. The building was determined clear and no threat was located.
No one was located in the house and patrol exited the residence to obtain a search warrant to collect the rifle. Dispatch was also advised of a pistol that was used in an assault the day before with the same suspect.

Back on October 3, 1974 at approximately 10:45pm two Memphis police officers were on patrol and received a complaint from dispatch to respond to a burglary in progress (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). Officers Leslie Wright and Elton Hymon took the call and responded to the location in question (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). After arriving, a neighbor told the two officers she heard glass breaking next door and “they” were breaking into the home (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). While officer Wright radioed back to dispatch the situation, officer Hymon proceeded to the backyard of the home (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). Detectives responded to the registered address and discovered the victim had previously lived at the address. The current residence was able to provide a telephone number for the victim. However, they were unable to locate the victim.
On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.
