Furthermore, he provides support in other essential areas such as AFD’s executive reporting and global outreach efforts. Mrs. Debra Mogul contacted this Agent, in reference to the Subject. Mrs. Mogul reported she has a hearing on November 13, 2016 and inquired if the Subject was compliant with his probation. Ms. Mogul further stated she wondering if she should extend the Protective Order against the Subject, because she was fearful. It was explained, that the Subject is compliant with his supervision. However, if she felt like it was needed to extend the Protective Order it was her call.

The new policy that was introduced in 2011 is the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) program that allows police officers the opportunity to allow individuals who have committed small drug offenses or prostitution offenses to work with a case worker to create a unique service plan that will better their lives and reduce their criminal behavior. Det. Wooten: I currently work with victims of burglaries and B&E’s (breaking and entering) to both residential and commercial businesses. I have also worked in the person’s unit and aggravated assault unit that dealt with victims of serious assaults, stabbings, and shootings. After that I worked in the unit of robbery which included robbery of a person and also businesses.
