Facing a 4th and five with 4:47 left in the third quarter,the Indians elected to go for it. Jack Beeler was sacked for an 12-yard loss by #8 Marcus Jones. The Cougars carried that momentum with them on the ensuing drive. It tool 8-plays to cover the 49-yards for the score, with the score coming in the shape of a 4-yard run from Bailey. The point after kick locked this one up once again, at 14 apiece with 1:22 left in the quarter.

Boykin only needed 1:07 and four passes to drive the Seahawks 88 yards in route to the game ending drive, all but wrapping up the second string position behind Russell Wilson. Boykin re-entered the game during the fourth quarter and had earlier put together a drive that led to a field goal for Seattle.

For those who watched the game live, the score does not reflect the intensity of the game. Nearing down to the wire with Brady on a drive in the last two minutes, some predicted had the Patriots were going to win the game. That was not the case as several mishaps caused time to expire after a desperation Hail Mary attempt.

It was the flea flicker. Eagles quarterback Nick Foles handed the ball off to Clement who took a couple of steps and then pitched it back to Foles who threw a 41-yard scoring strike to Smith.

The Game was something that was annual and everyone was excited for it; but when it reached the end of the game everything changed. Tom Richard, a newspaper reporter, stated “Wilson made a leaping catch and landed safely in the end-zone capping an improbable come from behind win for the Tigers” (Doc 1). This

The Patriots’ Adam Vinatieri crushed a 48 yard field goal to win the game to start what would become a dynasty. It was a hard fought game by both teams who deserved to fight for the Lombardi Trophy. (McGinn 278)

The Memphis Tigers scored their final touchdown to take a 34-14 lead with 14:51 left on the clock in the fourth quarter and the Houston Cougars started to mount their comeback with their back up quarterback in the game. Sophomore quarterback Kyle Postma came into the game late in the second quarter after senior QB Greg Ward went down with an apparent left ankle injury. Postma started the scoring as he drove down field after Ward exited the game and scored the teams first touchdown.

In spite of the fact that Gifford was the centerpiece of a Giants offense that went to five NFL title amusements in the 1950s and '60s, he encountered highs and lows as a NFL player. As any football fan could tell you the score of this game was not a low one at all. For the cardinals to put up 23 against the Steelers number one defense was shocking. Even more stunning, was to see the Steelers offense generate enough offense to put up 27 point. The Steelers offensive game had been struggling throughout the season, but their hard hitting, alert defense made up for it. Yet, this game is no joke a tam cannot win if any part of their game is slacking. Knowing this the Steelers came out ready to play. This game wasn’t just a high scoring

They did it in large part because of three players (“Aikman”) Troy Aikman was a very big factor on the cowboys team. Jerry Jones bought the Cowboys in 1989, when Dallas had been one of the most successful and popular teams in NFL history (“Aikman”). For multiple years the cowboys have always been the most dominant team in the NFL. Troy Aikman is one the greatest quarterback to do it for the Cowboys; he completed 12 seasons with them (“Aikman”).He was put in the Hall Of Fame for his performance with the cowboys he led them to multiple championships. Before he came in to the NFL, he was the third rated passer in NCAA history. He played the gamewith passion there was not a game where he played just flat out horrible he has always been the top quarterbacks at every level he played. An All-American at UCLA, Aikman joined the Dallas Cowboys as the first overall pick in the 1989 NFL Draft

In the second quarter, Garoppolo had a great start to the quarter throwing a short pass to James White who ran 56 yards for a big time  reception. That pass set up a 1 yard run by LeGarrette Blount for the touchdown.

The Cowboys offensive line was perfect last season, and they kept the defense away from their star quarterback Tony Romo. The "Great Wall" was a big reason for the Cowboys' success, and if Tyron Smith can remain healthy this season, defensives won't stand a chance against the Cowboys' offensive line.

A key strength that the Cowboys franchise holds is the obvious tradition of winning and success on the football field. As mentioned before, the Cowboys have 5 Super Bowl titles and that gives the team a legendary aura every time they step out on the field. This allows their fan base to be very large, consistent and proud to be part of the franchise.

An inept passing game proved to be the deciding factor in the Cowboys’ fifth straight loss. In his second start, Matt Cassel competed 13 of 25 passes for a mere 97 yards against the Seahawks. Defensively, DC Rod Marinelli’s unit mitigated the play fakes of the Seahawks’ read-option concepts, but it wasn’t enough for the Cowboys, who lost 13-12 in another hard fought battle.
