Almost everyone says texting and driving is not safe, but many people still do it anyways. In fact studies show that 97.5 percent of people cannot drive safely while using their cell phones. Is the use of your cell phone worth risking your life and everyone else around you? Scrolling through instagram, snapchatting how fast you are going because you think it is cool, causes wrecks everyday. Looking down at your phone for 2 seconds can determine a lot.
