DATA ANALYSIS

4.0 Chapter introduction
This chapter presents the results of researcher’s analysis. The chapter describes information derived from analysis of each variable through descriptive statistical data obtained from Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The data is going to be presented in pie charts, tables and graphs.

4.1 Findings and discussions
The results extracted from the questionnaire, which was distributed to the hotel staff or the hotel employees were as outlined below.

From a sample of 70, male respondents constituted 27 people making up 38.57% of the survey and 37 females contributed 52.86% with the remainder percentage of 8.57% is explained by those who did not managed to respond to the questionnaires.
But on the actual number of all the respondents who managed to respond to the questionnaire 27 males contributed 42.2% and 37 female contributed 57.8%

The great bulk of the survey came from the age group 26 – 40 years of age contributing 43,1 % of the whole survey followed by age group of those older than 40 years with 20% and lastly the minority of the people surveyed are aged between 15 – 25 years accounting for 24.6%.
