The only person that can control on how you fear something whether it is in a dream or in your everyday life, is yourself. People think that they can’t control the fears that come in there life due to not being able to gather yourself and wake up if you are in a dream. There are many ways that fear can come upon your dreams, it could mean that you are trying to get over it, solve it, or facing it head on. When you go to bed your mind wanders about fears that you had in the past or fears in the future. Your fears are then put into images of which then create anxiety after you wake up.

Being unprepared for an exam could mean that you are experiencing stress in your life at the moment which could have made for a long day. Being chased is another dream people can experience if you are feeling threatened or hurt by a certain thing if they get too close. Your response to this would be that you need to escape the situation in your life. Another would be that something mechanical is not functioning this represents that something in your life is not working or that your life may be a mess and you have no control over it. An infestation of bugs or animals could mean that this is an actual fear and has happened in the past. Could also mean that you are being bugged or irritated by something in you life. Why do we dream? What do our dreams mean? Dreams are a sequence of images, ideas, and feelings that involuntarily occur most commonly during the REM stage of sleep. Research has shown that the biggest amount of common adult dreams are in a category known as “pseudonightmarish” dreams, which is essentially any dream of being in trouble or in danger, being alone and/or trapped, something you don’t have control over (like losing your teeth), or facing natural forces.
Another cause for people having fear is the past experiences they have had. Generally, if something bad has happened to somebody, they try to forget about it and/or they try to make sure it never happens again. However, in doing so, they still have a subconscious fear that something similar to the terrible event they’ve experienced may somehow manage to happen again, especially if there are a few similarities between the past event and the current situation. For example, if a man had surgery for his heart to perform better and he nearly died, he may be very reluctant to ever have surgery to his heart or any other body part(s) again.
Fear. Is it a way to motivate someone to get something done or get them to do something? Yes. It is a great way to get someone to do something and motivate them to do something. Threatening someone within an inch of their life would definitely get them doing whatever you tell them or ask them to do. If I was put into a situation where I was forced to use fear to get someone to do something I would and personally if someone used my fears to do something I would definitely do whatever they asked of me.
Fear is something every single human being has at some point in their life. When you are in dangerous, threatening, or scary situations, fear is what your body will feel. It is the ability to identify danger and make a choice to either confront that fear or flee from the situation like for example, if you were to break a vase, you would hide from your parents. That choice is completely up to the victim, and depends on the person. Although fear is handled differently by every person, it is a common emotion that everyone feels. According to Google, a phobia is “an extreme or irrational fear of or aversion to something”; when you really think about it, a phobia isn’t the last minute anxiety over question four. A phobia is a fear that pulls at your stomach for hours at a time and no matter what you do you can’t get rid of it; it’s sort of like your child.
Fear is a feeling created in a response to a perceived danger. Fear can produce pleasure, heighten awareness, be in the form of phobia, a fear of the unknown and an instinctual response to danger.
Fear consumes me every moment of every day and with everything I do in my life. I am scared of failing, speaking, socializing, cooking, swimming, riding a bike, driving, death, and being alone. My mom says I have an active imagination but everyone else seems to think that I have a mental problem.
Fear is the number one obstacle everyone must overcome at some point in their life. When the word fear is brought up I like to think of past situations that I experienced. There are many different methods used to conquer and learn from our fears such and exposure therapy, having a growth mindset, and thinking positive. For example, when I was younger fear was my worst enemy, School was the main reason that caused my fear. My fear of failure was my biggest obstacle growing up so I used that as a method to learn from my fears.
There is an important event that happens in every person’s life. That important event may be a number of things. Such as someone winning the lottery or even having a tragic loss in the family. My important event in life was the day I conquered my fear of heights. Everyone has some type of fear or phobia that absolutely petrifies them. Whether it’s a fear of snakes, swimming, or even germs, it can be conquered as I discovered.

Fear is a strong word, it can mean a variety of things and lead to a variety of things depending on who you are. My fear caused me to shake and tremble as if the world was coming to an end. It makes me feel safe around no one. I look back on my life and ask myself, was it all worth it for this? It makes me shrink and fall the size of of a humming bird. My stomach starts to feel like it never has before. My head is spinning in circles and my hands are trembling to the point where I think they might fall off.
