Harvey Dent said”you either die a hero or you you live long enough to see yourself become the villain”.When you want be like a hero you got to work your way up to be a hero and face your challenges in life that’s how you become a hero.A hero is someone that doesn’t give up and face their challenges in life.
For examples some heros is firefighters some people might not know it but firefighters help people everyday they save people from burning houses and save cats from trees and also help you get out of burning cars.Another example did you ever see the movie as the name of Batman he save New york city from the evil joker.Another example superman he had to save earth from the mighty doomsday who wanted to destroy earth and kill superman. Also
“It’s not easy to be a hero. You do it because of what you believe, not because of what other people deserve.” Anyone can face a challenge or a hardship. But what makes a true hero is how the person takes on the challenge. Often, heroes show feats of ingenuity and acts of bravery. Two heroes that acted during the American Civil Rights Movement, were Martin Luther King Jr, and Rosa Parks. A hero is a person who has demonstrated behaviors to ethically receive our appreciation and respect. A hero is an ordinary person who finds the strength within themselves to persevere and undergo hardships and calamity.
“A hero is any person really intent on making this a better place for all people.” ~ Maya Angelou. Hero’s come from all different shapes, sizes, cultures, and ages. They don’t have any superpowers or special abilities, but the can reach the heart of others and inspire them with their stories. They grow out of their hardships or help others who have difficulty growing out of their own. Hero’s see everyone as like minded people, instead of focusing on each other’s differences. Three ideas that define a hero are humility, mindset, and selflessness.
Heroes are selfless and put others before themselves in dangerous situations. Such as on 9/11, when a call was given out for boats to come rescue people off the island of Manhattan, where the terror attacks happened, as pictured in “Boatlift” Vincent Ardillo after hearing the news told his wife, “I gotta do something.” This represents heroism because Ardillo is not thinking of how he will be impacted, but rather of the people who need help, as many other people with access to a boat did as well. Also, Ardillo could have stayed home and been safe, but chose to sacrifice his well being and comfort for others. Another hero would be Clara Barton, the founder of the Red Cross, as Barton declared in a Civil War speech “I may be compelled to face danger, but never fear it, and while our soldiers can stand and fight, I can stand and feed and nurse them.” Barton distinguishes she could be hurt while helping the soldiers, however she does not dwell on the fact, deciding instead to carry on and make a difference despite the threat to health. This is heroic because Barton is putting others who cannot care for themselves and acknowledges she could be hurt, but does not let that get in the way of her reaching her goals. To sum up, heroes are everyday people who go out of their way to help others in need without the thought of payment.
“A hero is no braver than an ordinary man,but he is brave five minutes longer”.(Ralph waldo Emerson)Some people might think being a hero is all about flying, super strength, and just having special abilities, when it really isn't. Being a hero is all about helping people when being bullied or standing up for your rights and having bravery in your mind and courage. Hero’s take risk, they aren't cowards, and they show lots of bravery. Heros put other people's feelings into to their shoes and show their empathy towards they. They don't let the go through things alone.
Heroes do what's right, even if they put themselves in danger. For example, in everyday life, people like firemen, paramedics and soldiers risk their lives for the common people every day. Heroes are willing to give something up for the greater good of others.
There is no discretion to become a hero. The perfect hero is one who will defy the odds. One who will do the morally correct thing no matter how hard it is. A true hero won’t let you down. A hero will give you opportunity to worship him without regret. The hero presents himself when given the chance, yet
“A hero is an ordinary individual who finds strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.”-Christopher Reeve
Everyone has the potential to be a real life hero. You might ask yourself, What is a hero? And how does a hero act? Well, to be a hero you need to be selfless and be willing to sacrifice what you have for the greater good and never give up even though success or trials seem to hard.
Bob Riley once said,”Hard times don't create Heroes. It is during the hard times when the hero within us is revealed.” A hero is someone that helps and protects others while risking their lives or their freedom and also throwing away their peace. A true hero always show in difficult situations. Even though being a hero can be costly they choose to act as a leader and take action, while they never turn away from problems.
When one thinks of being a hero what comes in mind is a few bold character traits, they must be able to push through the hard times in a situation life, put oneself at risk for other people, and have the will to do things and not be told or asked to do something. Although more times than not heroes go very unrecognized.“A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.” by Christopher Reeve. I agree with this quote, one can't just do nothing to be a hero they must have the will to go out of their way to be a hero. Even if that means they have to go through some challenging obstacles to get there.
For an individual to classify themselves as a hero they have to possess special qualities. These include courage, selflessness, humility, patience, and caring. Somebody could not claim that they are a hero if they were not courageous and eager to carry out any task. This goes along with selflessness because a hero should not base their tasks on personal achievement. A hero should never view themselves as more important than others. A hero needs to be patient with others and care about the surrounding people. This is most likely why heroes do what they do because they care for others. In Hole in my Life by Jack Gantos, Gantos appeared as a selfish, vain, childish man with limited to no motivation yet thinks he is perfect. He is nothing that
What comes to mind when I think of a hero would indubitably be first responders such as police, firefighters, EMT, etc. They save thousands of people every day. The heroes you don’t usually think about are athletes. Kids could define their favorite baseball or basketball player as a hero because they are so cool and they hit a lot of homeruns. But a real reason
Becoming a true hero takes time, and it’s not something everyone is born with. The
“Heroes are ordinary people who make themselves extraordinary.” Heroes wake up in the morning just to find another challenge. They get up and face it with a positive attitude and hope that it will be their last. They have courage and walk in when everybody else runs out. Heroes aren’t perfect so they get blinded by a goal or a personal need and appear to be evil.
“A hero is someone who, in spite of weakness, doubt or not always knowing the answers, goes ahead and overcomes anyway.” - Christopher Reeve. Average everyday people face many challenges and overcome them most of the time, but there are certain challenges they just give up on. They start getting into a certain mindset where they claim they can’t overcome the challenge. A hero, however, sticks to the right mindset and keeps trying and getting better, despite the obstacles facing them. Even though they aren’t always able to save everything all the time, heroes risk and strive to reach their goals and do their best while exhibiting determination and modesty.
